"Why are you blocking my way" Cardan's eyes twitched as he watched Austin who looked relaxed after blocking every path he was trying to walk past.

"Tch What makes you think that I'm the one blocking your path for all I know it could be the other way around" he said roguishly as he leaned against the door. Suddenly a thought appeared in my head.

"I don't like men" Cardan said as black lines appeared on his face, Austin looked taken aback as he immediately moved back from Cardan. He just wanted to mess with him after all Xiao Tan had told him how easy it was to get an expression out of Cardan. Especially considering how angry he made his little cousin.

How did his act turn into a misunderstanding. Looking around he took a sigh after realising that no one was within ear distance.

When he turned to Cardan he only found out that the boy had already made a run for it.

Fuck, what was wrong with that guy. Cardan thought as he stopped after he had widened his and Austin's distance. Not wanting to return to class he made his way to the roof top and low and behold he found Noa whom he hadn't seen in almost a week.

"Noa..." Cardan sighed as he approached her only to stop when he noticed someone else. His dear love rival Easton.

'What was that punk doing here' Cardan inwardly thought as he went behind the door to listen in on what they were saying. Fortunately they didn't hear him come in.

"Have you thought about what I said" Easton murmured as he turned his whole face to Noa a gentleness he had never seen appearing on his face.

"Easton..." Noa replied back not even daring to look at him. I mean what was she supposed to do the guy that her best friend was in love with had just confessed his feelings for her once more.

"And don't give me that bullshit about Brianna" Easton uttered after he had seen through her thought process once again. Although often times Noa was hard to read one thing that remained the same was her constant thought process concerning Brianna.

Something him and Cardan would agree on, and thinking of that guy was the reason he had been acting fast after seeing how Noa acted around him.

"... We're too young" Noa ended up saying her face still as blank and unreadable as always.

"Is that your only excuse" Easton replied sounding a bit angry.

"Easton" Noa said sternly "What if we break up and it ruins our friendship hell what if we end up hating each other" although her face was still blank her eyes were shaking with ushered tears. Seeing them Easton forced himself to look away and calm down.

"So all I have to do is wait until you're of age" Cardan said finally revealing himself. A glare was immediately sent to him by Easton after recovering from shock a shock that Noa was still reeling from.

"Cardan, what are you doing here? "Noa's eyes squinted as she looked at him in question. Her eyes then slowly narrowed"And how long had you been listening in" her voice was filled with disappointment, which caused Cardan to flinch but he quickly recovered.

"Let's not talk about that but the fact that you will be willing to date when you're of age."

"A coming of age is different for everyone for example mine could be when I turn thirty would you still be willing to wait that long" Noa inquired expecting him to refuse seeming to forget that he had said that he wouldn't mind waiting for her but,he'd remind her...always.

"As long as it's you Noa I don't mind" Cardan replied making his way to Noa degrading the existence of Easton. Easton felt like hitting someone an emotion he felt every time he was around Cardan.

"You..." Noa stammered as her cheeks reddened at his unexpected answer an answer he had already told her before.

"Me" kneeling down next to Noa his hand held her left cheek "Adorable" Cardan murmured and as soon as those words left his lips she stood up and made a run for it causing a chuckle to live her lips.

"Keuhm" hearing a clearing of Cardan realised that Easton was still here if his fierce glare was evident enough.

"Tsk" Cardan said as he left the roof top he feared that Easton would come for his head if he didn't live any sooner.

Plus today was the debate he needed to get ready.
