Chapter 123: Dark tendencies.

Cardan was coming back home for his yearly trip and expected to be treated the same as always.

But much to his horror and surprise as soon as Jerry dropped him off near the entrance he was greeted by all his... emperor friends with serious expressions on their faces.

Even Derick was looking serious too. He was sure they were plotting his murder as he slowly moved backwards.

"Why did you lie to us?" Kevin asked the question as he glared at him.

Cardan frowned "I don't even know what you're talking about."

"Three years ago you told us that we were better then your other friends and apparently we were wrong" Erik said glowerly with Ashton joining him with a sullen expression.

Cardan rolled his eyes "I tried to tell you that you are all equal to me but I see now that you chose to ignore that part."

"Well he isn't wrong" Aaran said and they all glared at him.
