[Above the Heavenly Skies]

Above the mortal realm, where the stars and planets aligned where there is no time that occurs, there is only the harmony of the Dragon Clan and their sub clan where they reign supreme and strong. In the spacious palace of jade and power, the 9 Heavenly Dragons live. And their harmony and balance is slowly being tilted by the amusement of the mortal realm.

"Brother, calm down. The mortals have just started. Bloodshed, we shall watch" The Ferocious Dragon He walked towards to one chair and sat down while the essence eye of truth is showing the bloodshed of the battle. As he observe the mortals fought for their so-called golden throne.

"We are to protect them rather than watch them fight on a piece of furniture." The Enlightened Dragon, but the Ferocious Dragon, was still stubborn and continued to get amused on the battle of the mortals.

Then the Eternal Dragon entered the room. Both the Ferocious and Enlightened fixed themselves. As they are the shield and sword of the Eternal Dragon. "My Brother it seems I entered a good timing" he smiled and looked at the two. "Yes, older brother, we are happy to see you."

The Enlightened Dragon smiled while he tries to get the Ferocious Dragon's attention as he continues to watch the bloodshed in the mortal realm. Then the Eternal Dragon walked towards the stubborn ferocious dragon that watching the fight. And when the Ferocious Dragon sense a balance of Qi and Eternal divine power slowly increasing, he spins around, seeing his older brother looking at him with an angry gaze.

He quickly stood up, shocked. Scared with mixed emotions, he bowed in offer of peace and said humbly, "I am very sorry, older brother. I am just amused by the greed of the mortals." And the Eternal Dragon nodded, accepting the apology of the Ferocious Dragon that was watching the mortals.

"Now shall we begin the meeting of the Clan?" The Eternal Dragon looks around and he knows that the Blossom and the Fortune are Dragons are still doing something. "We are still lacking the other brothers, older brother," The Enlightened Dragon replied to the question of the Eternal Dragon.

Then the Dreaded, Blood and Ravenous Dragons entered the hall room. "I guess we are not yet late for the meeting!" The Dreaded Dragon exclaimed and when they saw the Eternal Dragon, they quickly bow for respect.

Even though they don't want to, they still need to offer their respect to their older Brother. And they all walked to their seats and before the meeting started the Blossom, Fortune, and the Thunder Dragon entered the hall room. After walking in front of their older brother, the Eternal Dragon, they all bowed simultaneously to pay their respect to the Eternal Dragon.

"Shall we start the meeting because I feel everyone is here already and there is no one out of place?" The Eternal Dragon looked at the Enlightened Dragon to brief the other dragon about what was happening.

"Our older Brother has decided that we are not to interfere with the mortals. Anyone who interferes with the mortals shall face consequence accordingly. This will not only be within the Dragon clan but also to the other Sub clans of the Dragon Clan."

The first one to react to this warning was the Ravenous Dragon. "What are you saying 2nd brother that we can no longer visit the mortal realm?" the Ravenous Dragon showed a rebelled aura, then the second one to react was the Blood Dragon who was and always wanted blood offering from the mortals in exchange with the Blood Dragon teaching styles. "I will not agree with this older brother. You know we must communicate with the Mortals for our strength to grow. Are you trying to say that we stopped being worshiped down there?"

At that point in time, the Eternal Dragon was still trying to calm after being questioned by his 7th and 8th brother. Meanwhile, he enlightened Dragon at the side would feel disappointed as he felt that the greed of his brothers are getting high. And so he said, while being calm, "We know we need to be worshiped down there, but also we are not to disrupt the balance of the mortal realm."

"So you guys already know about this decision and you did not tell us beforehand is that how this council of the heavenly Dragons work?" the Dreaded Dragon stood up from his chair looking at his older brother who seated in the middle. And with that, the older brother stand up from his seat and looked at the Dreaded dragon, who clenched his fist.

"BROTHER! DON'T BE RUDE TO THE OLDER BROTHER 6TH BROTHER!" The Ferocious Dragon also stand up and clenched his fist.

"You know this council works for the betterment of the other realms!" the Ferocious Dragon said, following to what he said earlier. Then the Thunder Dragon smirked and giggled. And the Ferocious Dragon looked at their youngest brother. "I don't like your giggle, Youngest Brother."

With that the thunder Dragon looked at the Ferocious Dragon, "Not because you are the sword of the older Brother you are going to tell me what I am supposed to do and not do" and then the Blossom Dragon the only lady in the council said "can we all calm down we are all heated because of the Mortal realm, can we at least talk this out and not fight this?" and the Eternal Dragon looked at them. And sigh before sitting down. After that, they all sat down once again.

But their aura did not die down. And when all of them were sitting once again, the Enlightened Dragon calmly continue to what he was saying earlier. "Now shall we discuss once more about this power that we get from the Mortal realm? What our older brother thinks is that we take on different realms like the Asura and Ravena Realms."

"This is too outrageous, this blatant disrespect for us! Are you saying you are letting us have the lower realms, such as the Asura? Are you really declaring a fight on us!" and with that last mock of fight, the start of the battle of the Ruling Dragons? The first one to summon his weapon was the Dreaded Dragon. And the second one to summon his weapon was the Ferocious Dragon. Both of the Dragons clashed in front of the Eternal Dragon.
