Family time 2

A new day, new adventures await Vincent, who had planned to spend the day with Aqua, a new member of his family, but was unexpectedly visited by a doctor who came to examine the wounds he sustained yesterday. The boy was a little annoyed, after all, why waste time on something that won't heal. The doctor should have already guessed that the wounds would not heal, more movement would open them up again.

// I can't believe they bother me when I'm with Aqua, and they make me wear a bandage around my neck! I know they're worried about me, but I can't go to Allen's birthday party in a few days with a bandage on my neck. //

He was thinking when he was suddenly distracted from his thoughts by Aqua, who was hugging his knee. At the mere sight of his companion, Vin smiled and began gently petting the animal's fluffy fur. His plan was to teach Aqua how to fly or at least the basics. But it looks like it will be more difficult than he thought, due to the injuries he received while in captivity.

|| Aqua, maybe others won't understand what I mean. But we are all the same, wounded and without the ability to heal acquired wounds. Don't you find it pathetic.... ||

|| I know that... I just feel like I caused you embarrassment with my stupidity. ||

After saying these words, Allen gently hugged the boy, who looked as if he was about to cry.

|| You are still a child, so it makes sense that you will make mistakes and get into trouble. ||

|| You mean I'm still going to be invited to your birthday party? ||

|| What a stupid question, of course you have to be there, if you don't go I'll feel lonely. ||

|| I'm glad. You're the best. ||

|| Of course, after all, I'm your friend. I see you have a new addition to the company. ||

Vincent said as he lifted Aqua a little closer to Allen so that he could get a better look at him.

He said, and then began gently stroking the animal's head. Vincent was delighted that Allen agreed with him.

|| It's a bit silly to admit, but I've been grumbling about my injuries as well as the fact that Aqua may never fly. ||

|| So I guess these are not normal wounds. ||

|| As always, the correct answer is that these wounds do not want to heal completely, they only heal to the point where greater or more intense movement opens them up again. It is a bit depressing... ||

|| I didn't know you were in such a bad position. If even magic doesn't help, there can only be one answer, a curse has been cast on you. Although I don't understand why someone would put a curse on a random child, unless it was done by someone with a grudge against your family. ||

|| It's a good guess but I haven't been introduced to the public yet, so only the family as well as the staff know about it.... ||

// Allen's thinking is precise. He is amazing. Although at the same time I am frightened by his quick deduction, I am reminded of the detective from my previous life who pursued me at every turn. While Vincent reminisces about the good times, he forgets that fate is unpredictable and that the detective who saved him from death more than once did not betray him, but was killed while trying to get rid of the evidence two years before the protagonist's death. Vincent does not yet know that fate will allow them to meet again, this time in the hope of friendship without the risk of death.
