We are inside the king's throne room, and forced to witness the king's interrogation of the lone survivor in the recently concluded first battle between the witch and our troops.
"Your highness, they fed our private parts and hands to a live puppet they called Pablo! Please, it's not us who committed the atrocity, it was the evil witch and her troops," the survivor, a soldier of the wiped out batallion kneeled and cried before the king.
"Tell me then, what is the reason for what they did? Why did she attack you?" The king asked in a thunderous voice, so unlike the calm and level-headed king we used to know.
"No- nothing your grace... She was a whore- witch who doesn't need reasons to commit evil deeds," the soldier who suffered castration and lost his extremities now trembles in fear.
I can understand how he could have felt, being the victim that he was and yet being interrogated like he was the one at fault.
