Chapter Twenty three_ Amelia (2)

Anne's POV.

I felt tears falling down from my eyes and trailing to my face.

Was i really that cheap that Mason would want to buy me.

He didn't even bother to think that he's with Rose and he's here trying to buy me.

My Master really cared about me, even though he doesn't show it, how he fought for me was really nice.

So that's why he was with my phone and in my room.

I hugged myself until i had slept off.

Author's POV.

Amelia was walking around the house and familiarizing herself with the scenery,they there was a shadow.

"Who's there?"she asked already knowing who it was.

They were only five people in this place,Ryan wouldn't have done it,Alex, Ezekiel and Anne wouldn't have done it, she thinks. It would only be Lucas.

"What's your sense of accomplishment going out with different men everyday?"the shadow spoke slowly coming out of the dark and showing his face to her.

She shrugs and raised a brow"And who gave you the right to monitor my every moment?"she asked him back.

Coming out,her heart skipped a beat.

What are you doing Lia, she thinks. He doesn't love you, he's just like other men who wants nothing but your body.

She cautioned herself and maintained a stoic expression. One could see the resemblance between her and Ryan.

She bristled as he came closer to her"Lucas,move"she spoke calmly not at once intimidated by his dark Aura.

"Why do you go around with other men?"his voice was soft and melancholy"And the worst part was that you bought your own place and stayed there with different men everyday. Are you trying to hurt me?".

She almost felt for it but she remembered what he did and her face turned colder, she smirked"Haven't you taken what you wanted?, Don't you remember what you did?. Back then it didn't bother you but now it did. You're so unbelievably pathetic"she pushed his heavy body again and turned around.

She had lost the mood to look around anymore, she stomped on her feet and dusted her hands before walking away. Lucas smiled at her retreating back.

He greatly regretted everything he had done.

He was only pushed by pressure and his ego was too high to refuse what had been laid before him.

He had thought that he didn't love her but lust for her but then he realized that he had deeply fallen for her and seeing her with different men caused a pain in his heart.

Amelia rushed to her room and cried"Why are you hurting yourself?"a cold voice spoke.

She raised her head in surprise"What the hell is wrong with you?,what if i had been naked?,are you a fucking pervert?"she didn't at all sound like a girl who had been crying.

However,Alex simply ignored her and walked closer"Why are you hurting yourself over the past?"he asked again.

"Hurting myself after he had hurt me. I understand that he's your friend but how can you stand for this,he had clearly hurt me"she yelled.

"You still like him,i know that you don't actually like those guys you were with. You only do that because you know that he's spying on you"

Amelia blushed seeing that she had been caught.

She sat on her bed sniffing.

"Get out Alex!!"she screamed loudly at him. He smirked and walked out.

Amelia stood up and went to Anne's room, she felt like pouring out her heart to a girl who understands her.

When she reached there,Anne was sound asleep but she woke up on hearing the sound of her door been opened.

She rubbed her eyes and saw Amelia by the door step"Why are you here?"she frowned and stood up immediately.

Amelia rushed towards her and hugged her, Joanna was at lost, she didn't know what to do than to pat her back and stroke her hair.

She felt a warm liquid on her back and realized that she was crying"What's wrong?"

As if she just heard the right words, Amelia jerked her head up and sniffed"I just want to be with a girl"she sat on Joanna's bed and signalled for her to sit too.

Amelia chuckled"My life really isn't perfect, although i got the family love and a protective brother but my love life isn't the best. I've been cheated a lot in love—"she chuckle again.

Joanna stared at her with pain"You know that we're both similar, I've also been cheated in love. My fiance is having a fling with my sister. He called me to meet him but i was met with an horrible surprise"Tears rolled out of the two girls as they laughed.

"We shouldn't worry, we'll find better men than those pushovers"Amelia said.

Joanna nodded feeling good, it was nice to be open about things especially with someone who has similar issue.

"Who hurt you?"Joanna asked.

Amelia stiffened then broke into a smile"Just a dirty scumbag..."she said and yawned.

"I want to have some sleep,come on let's sleep"Amelia said lying on Joanna's bed.

Joanna hesitated"I'm not a lesbian, just know that"Amelia said to clarify the issue.

Joanna nodded and lied down,the two girls finally slept off.
