Chapter 2

I was staring at him with an emotionless face ..

For all these years Mr Kay has tried his best to stop anyone from adopting me as per my request.

But now I got adopted by Regio brothers.

I was busy deducing a plan to get out of this situation when a loud bang on the table snapped me out of my thoughts .

I looked up to see Mr Kay looking at me with his fist on the table.

I raised my eyebrow silently questioning.

"You weren't responding " he replied.

After staring each other for good 30 seconds he broke the stare and started rambling again about how he tried his best and blah blah blah

I was not interested so I stood up abruptly and walked towards the door . He stopped talking .

"What did you tell them about me?" I asked

"Nothing just your name.Because that is the only thing I have as your record " he replied giving me a half smile.

I nodded and exited his office . The last thing I heard was I'm sorry .

I was currently in my room packing as Minnie told me that the Regio brothers would come to pick me up tomorrow.

Suddenly someone busted through the door . I looked up to see , Alex .

Now let me introduce my self.

My name is Beatrice Regio.

But I prefer my name Beatrice because I never wanted people to know that I have a family and I remember them.Yup as you all have guessed I have been adopted by my brothers but the thing is they don't know that I remember them .

Well back to my story .

I was taken by my mother when

I was 4

I don't remember much but I remember having 5 brothers.

I lived with my mother and step-dad John.

We were a happy family for 2 years .As I turned 6 their behavior changed.

They started ignoring me . They would only think about about me when they wanted me to do chores or prepare food .

When I turned 10 I became their punching bag . They would find reasons just to beat me up. On my 14 birthday I got the best present of my life ,the news of my parents death . I know its not good but when you live my life it is the best gift you can get. I was free . The police officers told me that they died in a crash and they found alcohol in John blood confirming that he was drunk while driving while my mother was high on cocaine. Wow.

Anyways the officers arranged me to live in Mr Kay orphanage .

I was given separate room as per my request that time . He probably would have thought thai I needed some time alone after losing both my parents to grieve over their deaths . He was right I did need time but to believe that it was actually true and I was not dreaming.

After one week I opened up to Mr Kay and started having small talks with everybody just small talks.

Finally I was free and I wanted it to last long thats I told him to stop anyone from adopting me .

I told him who I really was.

I am The Beatrice CEO and the owner of the Moon group of companies .

One of the best companies in the world . Everyone wanted to be a partner with this company but it was hard .

I established this company with the help of Alex .

My company had two branches. One was for interior designs and decoration and fashion and other was for security and technology.

I was responsible for the first and Alex was for the latter .

His brother Aiden was the one that helped us in establishing this company .

So I told Mr Kay that he will get my company's upport if he'll help me as he did need some help at that time so he agreed.

And he kept his promise till now.

I knew he would have tried his best but there was nothing he could have done .

Regio brothers were powerful they would have have destroyed this orphanage that's why I didn't say anything.

"BEATRICE!!"

I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at Alex

He was standing with an irritated look on his face .

"So what are you gonna do now?"he asked

I knew he was referring to my adoption but I really didn't know what I was supposed to do so I just shrugged my shoulders .

He kept staring at me with a scowl on his face .

Irritated by his expression I simply said "I don't know I'll think about it later right now please leave!"

He gave me a concerned look and exited my room. I knew he was worrying about the company as we were very successful but right now I was too stressed to think about anything .

I had packed my bags and was lying on the bed staring at the ceiling planning everything....
