Chapter 11 A secret revealed

Now that Kagi Takayama knows about the secret of the Hidero family and that Sagiri is the daughter of a guardian, he and his team devise a plan for Kohinoor to make him tell of Babylon's whereabouts: kidnapping Sagiri.

After class, Kagi calls out Sagiri to come with him to the teacher's office for a little talk. Sagiri believes it might be on the story of Genesis and the city Babylon, so she does not hesitate to come. There, they talk about her family and her studies before moving to the Babylon and slowly leading her into his trap.

As they get comfortable with each other, Kagi feels guilt manipulating Sagiri but wants to fulfill his promise to his wife and child in bringing them back to life and embracing them once again. Slowly but surely, he leads Sagiri into his trap. He successfully puts Sagiri in captivity, transporting her home and makes his colleagues go on calling out Kohinoor to save his daughter so he can fall into their trap.

Kohinoor and Mitsuha learn of what happened to their daughter and rush in for help, afraid that Genesis will hurt their child, even if it would lead to Kohinoor's failure to fulfill his mission.

Kagi calls Mitsuha and sends instructions on how to get their daughter back.

Kagi: We got your daughter in your house! Come as instructed, or you will regret everything.

Mitsuha: My love! O-our daughter, they got her!

Kohinoor: What! Impossible!

Mitsuha: They are in our house; they're going to hurt her if we call for help. I can't do this alone.

Kagi: Your whining will not help your daughter; she's naive enough to fall into my trap. Tell that husband of yours to bring us to Babylon and we can settle this. It is a choice, your daughter's life or your daughter's life? HAHAHAHA!

Kohinoor: Don't mess with me! I will end the Genesis; I will end your family and your legacy!
