"Wow such a nice up field pass by the captain"
"Now Kyle's on the ball can he finally make his first goal of the season?"
"He makes a run towards goal only 15 meters away from goal will he pass or shoot?"
"What in the h- how did that even happen!"
"How did the pall go for a throw in without a deflection?" the commentator stated in shock as he stood up from hid seat.
'Tsk, why can't I just hit the ball and it would go where I want it to!' Kyle looked at the fans who gave him a hard glare they were the 14th on the table and weren't too far from relegation yet this guy actually messes up all their effort.
Kyle didn't know when the opposition team had thrown the ball but he didn't need to look back to know what had happened.
"Goal!" every fan of Verve City screamed as Kyle looked at the score board to see a whooping 7-0 he remembered laughing at a particular powerful team who got beat 7-0 but now he knew that feeling.
His legs shook as he fell to the ground with dead eyes, he gripped the grass on the floor before a palm touched his back.
"It's okay Kyle you just need to rain better" the soft voice said trying to hide all the annoyance they felt but Kyle still felt then annoyance in the voice.
"Thanks Dave..." Kyle said slowly as he stood up from the grass.
His eyes shined with blue light as he gripped his palm together.
Only twenty minutes were left on the clock and he was willing to change.
The ball was passed up field once more and it was collected by Kyle again who took the ball and made a simple pass to the [CMF] captain Dave.
It was a successes and the ball was passed around but Kyle never stopped tuning forward.
"Oh it seems Kyle is up to something here"
"Yeah, I think he knows his position for once"
"Good pass by Jake to Kyle who is now on the ball"
"He seems a little sluggish but he shapes to take the shot"
"Oh no he was too slow the ball was taken away!" the commentator said.
"Fuck you, bastard!" a fan screamed at the top of his lungs.
"A cripple could play better football than you!" another shouted as Kyle just ran sluggishly through the field.
Most of the comments made were actually true.
His speed was actually useless compared to even a 15-year-old kid and he was always short of breath each time he ran feeling intense pain at his ribs.
'Nothing changed at all...' Kyle thought as he watched the injury time that remained slowly fade.
In his eyes were pain that he couldn't explain as he just stared at the crowd.
The crowd were already rushing out of their stands and running towards Kyle to give him a good beating but luckily the security had detained all of them.
Epic FC had already played 26 games and if they didn't play well in the coming games then they would surely be relegated.
"Fvcking waste" Arin the goalkeeper stated although he wasn't one to talk since his 'achievement' wasn't any better than Kyle's own.
"I can't keep giving you good passes that you just go ahead and waste! I mean what's the use?" Dave the captain stated with gains bulging all over his head.
His only prayer was to be sold off to another team and be taken far away from Kyle but they knew that he might not last another season in the team.
"I-i'm sorry" Kyle started as immediately left the changing room and ran away.
He had drove home with his car and when he went home the first thing he did was go immediately to his room.
There he saw a boot shaped ceramic that had the design of a classic soccer ball in it but what he was about to do was smash it to pieces.
Everything he did until now was because of his father's dying wish which was to become a better striker than he was but he seemed that his father was delusional.
No power, no accuracy, no speed, no positioning, there was nothing Kyle was good at in the sport all he did was walk around and run like some jobless crazed hobo.
Still he never gave up, why? Because he believed a day would come when he would become the God of soccer when he walked down the streets and would be praised but all that was but a dream.
"So much for your high hopes! Stupid old man..." his voice trailed off as he raised the medium sized ceramic in attempt to break it.
-Bring!
Immediately he did that he felt immense head ache and he then fell unto the floor unconscious.
...
...
...
Not too long Kyle woke up and stood from the ground.
He looked for the boot shaped ceramics he had shattered but he couldn't find it at all.
'The hell... I broke it for real!' Kyle thought in confusion as he looked everywhere in his room.
<Congratulations Kyle>
<You have successfully triggered the 'Soccer evolution system'>
A female robotic voice stated while a blue like screen appeared with the exact words she spoke.
"Probably my worst night ever!"
