10 000 Unranked Crystals!

Aaron froze as he heard Lisa's introduction. "She's a student at Eswald's Academy?" he thought, astonished.

Eswald's Academy was renowned for its rigorous admission standards, and only the most talented cultivators could hope to gain entry. Lisa was one such cultivator, and not only that, she had attended the same school as Aaron.

"Wow, I had no idea someone from our school made it to Eswald's!" he messaged Lisa.

"Welcome to the group, Aaron," Lisa replied warmly. "If you have any questions about cultivation, feel free to ask. There's a lot of misinformation out there, so it's important to confirm with us."

Aaron felt a surge of gratitude. As someone without any cultivation background, he was grateful to have found a group of friendly and knowledgeable individuals who were willing to help him out.

As they chatted, Aaron learned that there were five other seniors from their school who had entered Eswald's, but Lisa was the only active one while the other seniors were most likely busy in their own cultivation.

The other members of the group were the same age as him, but he had never met them since they were in different classes.

He asked as many questions as he could think of, eager to absorb as much knowledge as possible. One thing he learned was that his absorption speed of Spirit Energy was unusually fast. While it took top talents 30 minutes to absorb one Unranked Crystal, Aaron only needed 10 minutes. He kept this to himself, however, not wanting to draw attention to himself.

As they talked, Aaron realized that the entrance exams to Eswald's Academy were not for the faint of heart. The Academy owned vast tracts of land, and one of them was plagued by Outbreaks, abandoned long ago by society. The land was populated solely by Unranked Demonic Beasts, and the Academy used it to test prospective students' strength, intelligence, luck, and survival skills.

Aaron bid the group farewell, feeling grateful for their help.

"Now I know what I need to do to prepare for the entrance exams!" Other than strength, Aaron needed to learn wilderness survival skills and strategic fighting tactics, especially when he's surrounded and without Spirit Energy.

"Alright, with a clear goal, I should start messing around with the odd system, and understand it further!" Just like that, Aaron sat and started analyzing what he saw, asking questions, some receiving answers and others not. He saw the system as useful, but that was it, just useful. The Training Time and Exploration Time were the most useful parts, but they weren't priceless cheats.

The Training Time option only bought him some time, other than that, the Figure that appeared and started practicing was talented, but not a top genius.

The Exploration Option on the other hand was unique, but at the same time could be replaced. The POV aspect of it was useful to gain some experience but it wasn't like he was the one there, which made it more like an ultra-realistic VR game than a cheat. Which means that a full dive VR capsule which existed in this world, could easily replace it.

Aaron dived into it, trying his best to find its uses, focusing on Exploration Time specifically.

"I can replace the Training Time but the Exploration aspect seems more unique, if only I could understand it"

Then, in his numerous questions, he finally found a solution, something the system itself stated it was possible.

[Are you sure you wish to convert Training Time into 10 000 Unranked Spirit Crystals? Yes/No]

[Yes]

Aaron didn't even hesitate. The reason was obvious, he could do the training himself while exploration might not be readily available in real life. Plus, he could get Training back when he replaces the amount later.

[Race: Fane (Human Form)]

[Spirit Crystals: 0 (Unranked)]

[Absorbed Spirit Crystals: 10 013] *+10 000*

[Cultivation: 1st Realm (Unranked)] [33/100]

[Cultivation Time: 1 Spirit Crystal per 2 Hours] [Upgrade (0/1000)]

[Training Time] [Unlock (0/10 000)]

[Exploration Time: 1 Hour] [Upgrade (0/500)]

He could also Convert the rest of the options but he chose not to. "It's time to upgrade!!" He spoke with excitement.

[Exploration Time: 2 Hour] [Upgrade (0/1 000)] *UP*

[Exploration Time: 4 Hour] [Upgrade (0/2 000)] *UP*

[Exploration Time: 8 Hour] [Upgrade (0/4 000)] *UP*

With a deep breath, Aaron's smile widened as he saw what he was waiting for. "So the System didn't lie!!"

[Exploration Time transformed into Hunting Dimension]

[Hunting Dimension: 16 Hour] [Upgrade (0/8 000)] **NEW**

The System informed him that each option could be evolved after enough upgrades and the closest one was Exploration Time.

With excitement, Aaron laid on his bed and activated it, excited about the new changes.

Suddenly, Aaron felt a weakness run through his body as he felt extremely exhausted… "W… what is happening!!" He barely managed to mutter before his head sunk into the pillow.

As Aaron opened his eyes, he was greeted by the sight of a bright, blue sky. The warm sunshine enveloped his face, making him squint with delight.

A gentle breeze blew past him, carrying with it the sweet scent of grass and earth, invigorating his senses.

"Ah, nothing quite beats the feeling of fresh air" Aaron smiled to himself, feeling content. But then, his smile faltered.

Something was off.

Why was he lying on the ground, staring up at the sky? Wasn't he supposed to be sleeping in his bed? Panic set in as Aaron quickly got up, looking around in confusion.

He found himself in a grassy field, with the morning dew still clinging to the blades of grass. As the wind blew, the sea of green swayed like waves.

The scenery was beautiful, but he couldn't understand how he got here. Had he transmigrated again?

"The god of transmigration must be working overtime," Aaron muttered to himself sarcastically, giving the deity a zero-rating for their efforts.

He had gone from dreaming of cultivation and academy life to being stranded in the wilderness. Now the question was, should he resort to eating grass for breakfast?

Aaron stared at the lush grass before him, lost in thought. Although he wasn't hungry at the moment, he needed to figure out what he would eat later on.

But then a realization dawned on him. "Wait a minute...is this the Hunting Dimension option's doing?"

If he really was inside the Hunting Dimension, then the possibilities were endless. He could explore this world without any consequences.

Suddenly, he heard a rustling sound coming from behind him, growing louder and louder. Aaron's heart raced as he quickly turned around, his hand moving to his hip, unsheathing his sword. He felt the weight the moment he woke up, which was why he wasn't surprised, after all, the figure had a sword back then, why wouldn't he get one too.

He looked in the direction of the noise, and then he saw it. A Rabbit-like creature, similar to the ones the figure used to fight against before, although this time, facing it personally, he felt slightly overwhelmed. This Rabbit looked to be almost 2 meters tall.

"This is what I needed!" With fiery eyes, Aaron took a deep breath and decided to make the most of his current situation. Who knew what kind of adventures awaited him in this Dimension?
