It wasn't like Aviye had an embassy in the Commonwealth for her to advance her claims. She'd learned only that the Aviyan man had moved to the Commonwealth during the diaspora following the success of the People's Revolution.
There was nothing to connect him with the other three conspirators, and the only conspirator who awoke was a registered Ascendant with no prior criminal history.
