Khayin Dahia was a man of few words.
He ended his day with the assessment that, ignoring the curious pest, this was probably the nicest place he'd ever stayed in. The food was good, the beds were soft and rest-inducing, and the fights - he never thought of any combat as mere 'sparring' - felt like they'd made him stronger. The one curious pest aside, he'd enjoyed himself as far as he dared.
If anything, Khayin had expected more scrutiny once he got here, but what he found was that almost all of the physical security was pointed outwards. The phones were monitored, of course, but he didn't have to worry about that. The right code phrase would connect him to his mysterious employer. Besides, he had only two people he would ever want to call and only one he'd ever want to talk to.
