Two Hours later: The Devils Enter the Dragons Den

It took a few hours for the maids and butlers to get the garden ready for the meeting. Several tables had to be arranged so that Issei would be at the head of the table along with the four current heads of government. From what SirZechs had told him, Issei knew that He would split the four devil kings, with two on each side of him. Issei was fine with this as he was not mad at either one of the devil kings.

He was, however, going to trash the members of the devil counsels and hopefully solve a few issues that should have been solved in the beginning. Of course the Issues of SirZechs and Lord Phenex betraying the Devils with an unknown third party will come to life, but also the Issue of Kuroko's states as a wanted criminal. Even with Issei telling SirZechs to allow Kuroka to enter Kouh Town without the bounty on her head, the Chief Justice had not pushed the issue, citationing that the family of the deceased still wished for her death. Not only that, but according to the devils laws; even if someone could prove that they did not do it they would not get another trial and in order to stop the punishment she would have to have an official pardon from SirZechs himself.

As such, Issei would be using his power to basically force the Issue and tell everyone to leave her alone. Another Issue was the Cold War that the three factors were currently in. It did not help the people of earth with these three factions kept hating each other and would eventually lead to another great war. However, this new war would literally kill off all of the current members of each faction. If this continued, then the whole world would hurt.

According to SirZechs, he had been pushing for a peace deal with the other two leaders, but the counselors were blocking each attempt. Especially the hard liners, who believed that they were the superior species and the only one that should have won the war. Issei will have it known that as SirZechs is the official leader, he has the backing of Issei and that the peace treaty will happen. They will only be able to rectify it and if they don't they can explain to the citizens of the underworld why they feel so feared. Issei did not like to force issues, but since he has become a dragon; he doesn't really care what the councils says or does. In his mind, Issei wished to just kill them as he is sure that the hard liners will cause trouble eventually. Not to mention the Old Satan Faction is still around; within for their moment to strike.

As such, Issei waited for the fools to arrive. After 30 minutes, the guards came back with Lord Phenex and Lord Gremory in chains and gaged. They had found Lord trying to leave the underworld in their special train that they have in order to visit the Human world. With him on the train was the rest of Riser's Peerage. All of them were knocked out and had their hands tied around their back with at least one guard each in another part of the train. Issei could tell that SirZechs wanted to slap the man so much, but knowing that he could make him visibly angry. Telling the guards to take Lord Phenex to the dungeon to await trial. Turning to his father, SirZechs waved the paper of the shady deal in front of him, asking him if he really did what the paper said. Lord Gremory did not speak, only looking to his son with a neutral expiration.

His son asked him if he had anything to say before being locked up, His father only said to watch over the other three women of his harem. SirZechs nodded and watched as the guards took his father away. Once that was over, Issei asked SirZechs to come over to him as he did not want to disturb the maids and butlers in their work. SirZechs nodded and once he was within earshot of Issei, Issei asked "How are you?" SirZechs sighed heavily as he answered, "No. I am sure you saw me confronting those two. I really really wanted to kill them on the spot or at least beat them into a bulb for their actions." "Then way didn't you do it?" "Because brother, Asia is not awake right now is she. I would have used her ability to heal the damage that I put those two through. But I can't do that if Asia is asleep.`` SirZechs answered. SirZechs was about to leave as one of the servants had told him that the council was starting to arrive at the gates. As he was the one to call the meeting, SirZechs would have to greet all of the visitors when they arrived. Just before he left, Issei cupped his shoulder with his claws as he said, "We will talk about Grayfia after the meeting. If anyone asks about her then I will shut them up. Alright?" SirZechs just nodded as he turned and walked to the gates of the Gremory Estate.

Once Issei was alone once again, Requiem asked him to come into the dreamscape once again. After entering, Issei could see Requiem in his human form as the dragon god began to speak. "I am going to give you my voice." Requiem said as his body began to glow. Issei was puzzled as he asked, "Didn't I already have your voice? I thought I got it once we combined ourselves with each other." "No. When You speak during the game and the fight between yourself and Riser, I was overlaying your voice with my own voice. It was the reason why those older devils looked to you in fear the last time you spoke. Now however, if now one has heard your speech before you became my host and awakened me will only hear my voice as me and you are the same person. Those that did hear your voice before you awakened me will just hear your normal voice on less you become angry or you wish to speak in Draconic. So your mother and father as well as your teachers will hear your normal voice and won't be freaking out when you speak to them. But when those old hags of the council hear you speak, they will hear my voice instead and it will greatly help in getting their cooperation. They will be shacking in their boots once they hear your voice." Requiem said with a mischievous grin that his body had finished glowing and a small green ball came out of his throat. Once the ball entered into Issei's body, Issei felt his vocal cords charge to fit the deeper and thicker voice of a dragon. After the glow faded, Issei felt his throat as he said, "Wow. Is this really the way dragons have to speak?" "Yep. Now that this is over, head back to the real world as the meeting is going to start soon." Requiem said as he opened a bag of popcorn and sat down.

Issei looked at him puzzled, but just shrugged his shoulders as he left the dreamscape. Requiem smiled as he opened up a big screen, waiting for the meeting to start the faces of those who are smug enough to face down Issei.
