Neil started talking again. And Jack was listening to him, after 10 minutes Sam and Edward also joined them.
" Mom I am hungry, get me some food" Sam asked.
" Don't nag mom, lets order pizza" said Edward.
" But what about desert?" sam asked.
" I will bake chocolate cake" June Replied while handing him a bowl full of cookies.
They ate and talked, only one cookie lift on the Bowl, Sam and Edward both looked at each other they were about to grab the cookie at the same time the maids came with pizza, there eyes left cookie for a second and Neil grabbed it and put it directly on his mouth.
" This is not fair, this cookie is mine give it back" Sam nagged.
Neil ate the leftover and said " I can't even if I want to."
" Fine but last slice of pizza is mine " Sam snapped.
"We will see" said Neil while opening beer cans and hended them to his brothers.
Jack was looking at his sons tenderly, He was tired but he was unwilling to leave, It has been years he last saw all of them together chilling and fighting like kids over last cookie and pizza slice.
June was standing on the side, she was also observing Neil " She can say that something has changed, his son looked happy and content, he was usually angry and anxious but today he is relaxing like a normal person."
She looked at Jack and their eyes met, both of them were thinking same thing.
Jack was about to say something but Neil announced that they were going on family vacation for a week.
"Sounds good but where are we going" asked Sam in an exciting way.
" Miami" replied Neil, while ordering Freddy to book tickets for them.
" But why Miami " Edward asked.
" Because I am missing grandma and grandpa" replied Neil.
" It will be a good idea, last time when I visited them they told me to bring you too" said June happily.
Jack's expression was indifferent, he asked " So when we will be leaving?"
"Monday, since Sonia's birthday on Sunday I have to attend it and there are some matters with the company that I have to resolve" replied Neil.
" Oh!! how could I forget, it's Sonia's birthday Gina invited me personally we should attend the party for sure, and I have to prepare a gift for her. I am so excited to see how my future daughter- in-law will look on the birthday party". June said while looking at Neil.
" Yeah Mom you should be excited, I will make sure your future daughter-in-law will look so damn pretty on the birthday party" replied Neil.
Jack looked at Neil with serious expression, "as far as he knew, his son didn't like Sonia to begin with, he liked the idea of Neil getting married to Sonia but not against his will, he could accept anyone as Neil's wife as long as she could make his son happy and give birth to his grand children, nothing else matters to him. He also thought about the possibility of Neil never getting married because he was Leader and he didn't want anyone to be in danger because of him. He had mentioned this when Jack tried to introduce a girl to him.
Rather being happy Jack was tensed he didn't want his son to be in a forced marriage where there in no love."
Jack said " June let's not hurry this matter it involves happiness of our kids, their relationship should be based on love not on business deals and profit".
June got furious when she heard what his husband said " but Gina is my friend and Sonia is such a sweet girl, She and Neil will be happy together".
" I will oppose this marriage if my son is not happy, Neil you don't need to think about what your mother said You can marry whoever you want as long as you are happy, I will support your decision. I know you don't like Sonia, I will not let your mother force her on you" Jack announced.
Neil hold his father's hand and said " I will marry the girl I love Dad, and I will introduce her to you at the party".
June looked at Neil and said " Son you know how important for you to have a strong backing and marrying Sonia will give you all, think about the future and she likes you a lot, she is ready to marry you even after knowing the risks involved".
"Mom I don't need anyone's backing, it was the opposite they want our backing and I don't think Kyle wanted her sister to marry me, he is my friend, he already knew that I don't like her" replied Neil.
" So who are you going to marry? she better be a girl with good background, I don't want a no name girl to be my daughter-in-law" June Snapped.
" I will make sure to clean her background before marriage took place" Said Neil and he smiled mischievously.
" What does it mean? So are you telling me that she has a complicated background, Neil you are an actor, you can't marry someone with messed up background, as soon as people will found out that you are married they will start digging about the girl, it is not going to be easy" Jene replied.
" Mom I am a Superstar, nothing is easy in my life, so I am not scared of problems, but first let me assure you that I am not going to be reckless, I will plan every thing wisely and will take a step at a time" replied Neil.
