It's Him

Mia was stunned for a second "Am I dreaming...?" Mia thought to herself. But next she was confirmed that she was not dreaming or something and that she was really hearing the voice again.

Michael was now frustated that he could not meet Mia as planned and was releasing his frustation on the poor assistant next to him. He fumed "Don't you know how to handle a single project well. Should I send you to school again for you to learn or should I teach you myself."

The poor assistant, Liam don't know what to do and what made his boss for him be this furstated over everything. Actually it's not the assistant's fault, their client wanted to add more terms only after coming to the company. It was not what they discussed earlier and added to that their boss was distracted the whole morning.

Liam was at loss for his boss's words and could only admit his mistake "It was my mistake boss. I did not do my job well. Please forgive me this once, I will not repeat my mistake again. Please boss, please" pleaded Liam showing his most pitiful look.

Michael knew that Liam is not at fault for this but he could only lash out his frustation at him because he could not meet Mia. He calm down seeing Liam's expression, which he clearly knew that Liam was just acting. "Ok, no more mistakes next time" said Michael as he turned around to see Mia looking at him in disbelief.

Michael was surprised to see Mia around even after the interview was long over. They just stared at eachother for a few moments and Michael was in dilema at what to do. He was clearly excited to see her but acted nonchalant to that.

He kept a straight face as he said "Excuse me, You're bloking the way". Michael walked past her and suddenly turned around to see Mia was still standing there and asked "Do you need anything from me". Though he kept a calm face his eyes were shining and his voice was totally different from the way he just spoke to Liam. His voice was lowered as if he was pleasing and coaxing a child.

Mia did not expect for Michael to actually turn around and talk to her. As she was thinking how to answer Michael, Kaley called her at the right moment. Mia just shook her head and ran away without speaking a single word.

Liam was stunned to hear his boss lower his voice and also took liberty to speak to woman. Liam accessed Mia as she walked past him. Mia wore a simple formal fit, she was looking frim and elegent and with the makeup which she did not get the chance to remove, she actually looked quite attractive.

Mia kept her thoughts aside as she went to meet Kaley in car park area in the basement. Kaley was excited to hear Mia did a great job in the interview and would likely get the job. As it was noon time their drive took more than an hour to reach their dorm.

Mia kept silent the whole ride after briefly answering Kaley's questions about the company. Kaley saw that Mia was anusually quiet unlike how joyous she would be if she cracked the interview. "What happend, what are you thinking about?" Kaley asked Mia after they entered their room.

"Did you remember that once I talked about the voices in my dreams" Mia asked Kaley in return. Kaley just nodded her head as she rembered talking about it. Mia did not have this problem since young, but from a few months ago she suddenly started hearing voices and seeing strange people in her dreams.

Mia continued "I think I saw the one in my dreams today at the company". "How did you know he is the one from your dreams, you never saw his face in the dream" Kaley asked curiously. "Yes, I did not see his face but I did hear his voice for many days now it has to be him" Mia said looking positive.

"It could be they just have similar voice and nothing more, why do you think it's him" said Kaley as she thought that they might have same voice and thats all. "No, I think it's him....." Mia mumbled as she sat on her bed and changed the topic "Say how did your date go, Anything interesting ?"

"Don't even talk about it, Iam not in mood to think about him. Lets celebrate for your sucessfull interview first" replied Kaley. "Come on, anything is not sure yet" said Mia. "How can they reject you the miss beautiful, even if they did reject you it's their loss" Kaley commented as she snuggled up to her. Mia laughed as she pushed Kaley aside " What are you doing?"

Kaley then suddenly got up and announced "We are partying toinght and thats it." Mia just couldn't reject her "Ok ok, but let me have a little nap first Iam exhausted right now and it's still early to party right now". Kaley relented and finally left to let Mia have her nap.

Meanwhile Michael was sitting in his office thinking what a fool he was. He was planning to meet her ever since he knew Mia was going to attend the interview. But he couldn't meet her because of the urgent meetings and after they finally met he couldn't actually talk to her.
