The flavor of salt in the wind is very refreshing; the stars of Teyvat are genuinely majestic, as majestic as she is. She who gaze upon the stars didn't realize that she was one of them. 3 in the morning, and she still stands focused on her astronomy. I can only sit right next to her. She looked at me and made a disgusted face. "Why are you looking at me like that?" I quickly faced the other way, embarrassed, but she kept focused on her stars. She finally sighs and stopped her astronomy. I ask her why she stopped.

Her face is as calm as water, but her feet tremble, giving away everything she attempts to hide. "Fate is called as such, for it cannot be changed, nor can it be reversed. It can only be accepted."

I don't understand but I look at her. She is still looking at the stars. She finally looks at me. "So tell me, Aether, why am I trembling? My heart can't stop pounding, and it hurt." She snapped. "Argh, I just want to turn into the water!"

I laugh a little. "What are you laughing at?" she gives another sigh. "I can't believe you," she whispered. "Aether" "I had a dream, but I don't know if this just a dream or hydromancy..." her voice is starting to weaken as she ends the sentence. She stopped; we only stare at each other until a wave breaks into the shore.

The ocean wind gives off a pleasant scent. She hunkered down and shouted. "Ah, just let me drop dead already!" I ask her about her dream, but she kept twiddling around. Her eyes won't meet mine. She is trying to cover something. In the end, everything falls over.

The horizon starts to change color. "It's already morning. Should we go back to Aether?" She never answered nor gave a hint to my question. It's unpleasant to force someone to tell their dream. Even more, it's Mona we are talking about; she will slap me.

Maybe I should go back to Mondstadt. I stand up, leaving her behind. The more I walked down, the stronger my regret and feeling are. If only you could read my mind and future, this will probably be easier for us. I am so pathetic.

"I am so pathetic," she talked softly but loud enough I can still hear it; I am shocked. I thought she could read my mind. "Aether!" she called "gets closer. I can't say this out loud." I went up the hill once more. Right beside my ear, she whispered, "In my dream, in this location covered in moonlight, I said that I love you and you also loved me, and then... we...." She stopped, and her face went tomato red. "Arghhhh" All of a sudden, she turns into the water as she runs away, just before I can catch her.

I can still sense her. I kept looking everywhere around cape oath; I can't find her anywhere. I called and yelled, but she didn't come out. I must not give up, but the moment I saw her behind the rocks, we realize it was already too late. The sun has come out; it's no use.

She reveals herself from the ground. Smiling, "Ah, I see. So it was just merely a dream." "tsk" she clicks her tongue, tears start coming from her eyes. Angrily she stomped the ground, and just when she was to turn into the water again, I grab her hand and kiss her lips in a quick act. She struggled at first but calming down. I can't afford to lose her again.

"What are you doing Aether, hic" She was still sobbing. "disgusting" I hold her hands very tightly, I don't want her to hide anymore, and I don't want to run anymore as well. "Meg. I love you" I don't know about her dream, but what I know is that she is all I wish for. I smiled; the sunrise blinds my eyes. She whispered something, but I can't hear her well enough.

I ask her to repeat it, "Me too!" She shouted and bit my finger, "and never calls me with that name again." Both of us smiled, "I can't see your future or mine, but I feel it's okay because I believe our fates have been intertwined from the beginning. " We hold hands and laughs as we were accompanied by the sunrise.
