A Poor Beggar

"When are those hunters going to get here? I'm tired already."

"If you're so energetic, why don't you go take care of the gate yourself?"

"Hahaha." The other hunter laughed.

The three guarding the entrance to the gate that opened were all D and E rank hunters. They were put in charge of guarding the gate until the higher ranked hunters arrived to take care of the situation.

"Hey, you! What are you doing over there?" The hunter who was laughing a moment ago asked Ezra after noticing him around the gate entrance.

"How did he get passed us? Look at him, so pitiful. How can such a young man become a beggar at such a young age?" The other looked at Ezra with pity while one of them approached him to bring him away from there. This was a B rank gate that had opened after all, it was dangerous even for them awakened.
