Entering the city

The city of kushu was considered one of humanity's walls since time immemorial. They fought on the borders between humanity and the demons in the demon forest.

Demons looked exactly like humans of course some had noticeable features like horns claws or tails. Some demons were actually good people trying to unite both sides but they never succeed either killed by humans or demons or both at once.

The demons hated humans because they believe that they were meant to rule the world and humans were a mockery of their pure visage. The humans hated the demons because they killed their men when they tried making peace.

Odin looked at the city in the distance the huge walls that covered it made it look like a fortress. The medieval looking city looked odd as the modern weapons and people walked around the wall.

Odin walked to the city and was soon stopped by a bullet that was shot at his feet. Odin looked up and saw a tall slim figure covered in armor aiming a rifle at him. Odin raised his hands in surrender as he didn't want to start a fight when he needed answers.

"No demons are allowed here show me your credentials or ill blow your brain to the moon!" the modulated voice of the figure said as it landed on the ground still aiming its rifle at Odin.

"I don't have any I've been in the forest for a long time is there another way I can prove myself?" Odin said calmly as he kept his hands up.

The figure stared at Odin before quickly throwing a small crystal at Odin. Who quickly caught it and inspected it.

"What's this?" Odin said as he looked at the green crystal.

"Ok follow me we'll get your new identification." the figure said as it turned around and walked quickly to the city.

"Can you tell me what the stone was?" Odin said as he guessed its function the slight divine aura it emitted was covering him slowly.

"A divine stone from the church, if you were a demon touching it would burn you." the figure said as it made its way to the city.

"I see." Odin said he wanted to say if a demon was strong enough it could turn divinity into it's own energy and this test would be useless but he restrained himself.

Passing through the security odin was brought to a room with a single table and chair. The person told him to sit and left to do something.

'Ok this gives me some time to review my new identity.' Odin thought as he closed his eyes.

'Ok so my name is Odin Fiske I'm 18 and since I was born I have always wandered around with my parents after an encounter with demons I was split from my parents and got lost in the forest.' Odin made a simple identity as he waited for the person to return he opened this system and saw a notification.

Odin looked around and found the notification button and turned it on if he didn't check he wouldn't have known he gained any rewards.

'So it's a level up system that means I can easily level up my top eternal tier techniques easily.'

The door opened and two people entered one was the person who brought him here and another was a woman in fatigues. The armored person sat opposite of Odin and placed a few documents and the girl stood between them her eyes glowed a light yellow as she started at Odin.

"Don't mind her she's here to make sure you don't lie I'm going to ask a few questions and I want you to answer honestly understand?" the person said.

'Heh trying to use simple lie detection on a being that has lived multiple lives this will be a breeze.' Odin thought as he leaned on the table showing a relaxed look.

"First question what is your full name?"

"Odin Fiske."

"Second question what is your age and where were you born?"

"I'm 18 and my parent were nomadic so I don't know where I was born."

"Ok third question what is your purpose here?"

"I was split from my parents during an ambush from demons and ran here hoping to find my parents."

The person looked at the woman who nodded and soon left leaving only the armored person and Odin in the room.

"Well that is all I needed in ten minutes we'll have your papers, please wait." the person left and Odin spent the next ten minutes making his next plans on finding a library or other information source.

Getting his documentation odin asked for directions and left for the library. The city was quite peaceful children were seen playing around as buff men carried firearms or bladed weapons on their backs.

He soon arrived at the library and paid the fee before going to a computer and starting to search for the information he wanted.

After an hour of reading he had gotten the basic history of the world he was in.

The world was called lunis and he was currently in The Dystopian Haven continent. The continent held four different races the humans and demons being the main ones then there were the alukr a lizard like race and the selos a bird race.

Each held an empire on the continent the humans ruled the north and were under the nexus empire who controlled the weapon of the north the frenzied nexus. The selos ruled the east and were under the sky empire and held the weapon of the east the cloud of ruin.

The demons ruled the south and were under the nightmare kingdom and held the weapon of the south the moon of despair. The alkur ruled the west and were under the perpetual kingdom and held the weapon of the west the ageless ocean.

Each weapon had their own destructive power the nexus could summon beast from another world. The cloud of ruin would rain water imbued with the power of annihilation to destroy the surroundings. The moon of despair was a small globe of silver light that destroyer the souls of anyone that was touched by it's light. And the ageless ocean could store the ancestor of the alkur and put them in stasis allowing the near dead heroes of the empire to stay alive and help when the empire was in danger.

the selos and alkur were united with the humans and were very united against the demon threat. Odin also learned that this world did have cultivators and had learned that their levels were the same as most of the universe.

The strongest of the human race was in the 4th level of the mortal ascension realm and he was the emperor of the nexus empire. The selos and alkur were in the 1 and second respectively and the demon emperor was in the same realm as the human emperor.

Finally getting his so badly need information the system rang and he got a notification.
