Presence

"So, you're finally here."

Qoteus turned around quickly and saw a man standing behind him. The man had pale blue skin, white hair, and violet eyes. He stood tall and with an elegant aura around him. He has a floating ring around his neck and a staff. With his spiky hair being the most noticeable part of his appearance.

"R-Rai?" Questioned Qoteus

The person smiled and confirmed, "That would be correct. I am Rai."

Qoteus stood up and hugged him. "D-Did I die? What will happen to Grandpa and Grandma?"

Rai's expression saddened as he heard Qoteus' crumbling voice. Qoteus was a shut-in, but he truly did care for those around him.

Rai tapped his staff and a projectile shot up above them, with Rai explaining the details. The projectile showed a man lying down in bed with her wife next to her crying.

"This… This is what happened to your Grandparents when you died. Seeing you in a hospital bed dead, your grandpa had a heart attack and was rushed to the ER. However, he would soon die after a few days because of his old age and a sudden heart attack. And for your Grandma… She couldn't handle the two sudden death and committed suicide."

The projectile stopped without Qoteus even seeing it, with him just listening to Rai. Qoteus tightened his hug and cried while mumbling, "Y-You're so cruel…"

Time passed and the two only stayed quiet to one another, until Qoteus finally spoke, "Rai, do you think grandpa and grandma hated me?"

Rai shook his head and said, "No. Your grandparents thought of you as their last family. After the death of your parents, they lost their only daughter and son in law, but at least they had you. Even after saying no to going to school, they didn't push you or kick you out, they merely gave all the love they could."

Qoteus looked up and asked, "Do you think family is important? Why would they love their family so much?"

Rai looked at Qoteus and asked, "What do you think? Are they important? If not, then why are you crying for them?"

Qoteus chuckled and said, "I guess they are important."

His grin would soon fade away as he remembered how he died.

"Why would that guy hurt me? I didn't do anything to them…"

Rai quickly answered with sincerity, "That's just how humans are. They are full of greed, full of sins."

"How ugly…"

Silence stayed for a couple of minutes until Qoteus broke the silence once more, "By the way, where are we?"

Rai smiled and stood up. He tapped his staff on the ground and both him and Qoteus were engulfed in a white light, which then suddenly appeared above 18 balls.

"We are in Dragon Ball." Revealed Rai.

Qoteus' eyes widened and his smile was now back to its brightest, "Really?!"

Rai merely nodded, with Qoteus continuing, "Now that you mention it… You look kind of familiar… You… Are you an angel like Whis?!"

Rai laughed and confirmed, "Hahahahaha! Indeed I am!"

Like a fanboy, Qoteus started speaking loudly, as if he met his Idol.

After calming down, Qoteus quickly suggested, "Let's go to universe 7 and see the main cast!"

Rai shook his head and said, "You can't. We aren't from this realm Qoteus. There are many gods who protect this realm, and I'm sure they will obliterate you if they ever knew about your existence."

Dejected, Qoteus asked, "Is there a way? And how come they don't know where we are right now?"

Rai tapped his staff once more and the both of them came back to where they were before, "To answer your first question, there is a way. However, it will take years, as you would need enough power to fight and survive the outside world. Furthermore, we simply aren't strong enough to break a multiversal barrier that's keeping us separate from this dimension. And finally, they won't be able to see us because we are literally from another dimension/multiverse. Just imagine a black plastic bag that's separating two different positions. Position A only sees nothing but a black plastic, however, position B see's position A because it's quite literally on the plastic bag."

"W-What?"

Rai chuckled and said, "Never mind that. If you really want to meet the dragon ball cast, then you might be able to."

"Really?!"

"Yes, all you need to do is train, and build a faction strong enough to open up a gate for you to come out."

"A faction? Like a group? I-I don't know…"

"Don't worry too much. How about you create your own people, something that would fit you."

"What do you mean? Like creating a race? Something like the saiyans or the humans?"

Rai smiled and continued, "Exactly! You can create a race that perfectly fits you! Your own creation!"

"Ok! But how do we create a race exactly?"

Rai moved the tip of his staff to my chest and said, "You have the power. You can create anything that your power can handle, and right now, all you can do is create something on a small scale, comparing it to a universe of course."

Qoteus questioned the legitimacy of Rai's claim, "But how though? And how do we have powers? And how are we supposed to interact with things outside of this "black plastic bag?"

"Hahahahaha! You're quite perceptive aren't you? I will tell you some other time, all you need to know is you can control your power to create or destroy."

Quote looked at his hands and said, "Is that so?"
