Am the Victim

Eric walked to Jack's office.

"Don't you have things to do back a tour company, you're always hanging around here?" he asked.

"Now am regretting why I even came, but I just wanted I see your face when I tell you," he said.

"Tell me what".

"You haven't heard about your uncle, the one where Tatiana used to work"

"What happened?"

"He been arrested and three of his other shareholders for illegal business inside his company".

"What? how is that possible what happened? "

"Tatiana Kennel, happened" Eric smiled.

"What has she got to do with this?" Jack was confused.

"She was the one who took him down, the company now belongs to her"

"WHAT?!".

"Yeah, I think this is connected with the incident in the past of you using your Uncle to make her sign those papers" he explained.

"But.. how did she do all this?".

"Go ask her yourself, now as I hear she's firing all his evil helpers and replacing them instantly. It's like it was her plan all along" he said.

"Boss, Mr Avil is outside asking for a meeting with you," Tatiana's secretary said. Her smile disappeared, "Excuse me let's talk later" she said to her friends...

They walked out, Jack walked in with a frown on his face.

"Tati what is going on?" he asked.

"Are you blind Jack, am cleaning my new company"

"But this belongs to my Uncle and his family"

"I guess they have nothing now 'cause am the new owner" she smiled.

"Please tell me what is going on, Tatiana. Am confused" he asked.

She got up and walked to where he was, "Jack did you think that after what happened between us I would cease with my plans?" her eyes stared into his and a cold laugh escaped her lips.

"We might be trying to fix what's between us but that won't stop me from achieving and doing everything I set out to do when I returned. Your Uncle was on my list all along, remember his little help in talking away what belonged to me"

Jack moved back, "But this is wrong"

"How is this wrong, Jack? You and him backstabbed me and my mother just so you could fill your pockets with billions. So how wrong is it that I have come to claim what he owns me by that betrayal" she said?

"Tatiana what is wrong with you, I am confused about who the real you is now," he said.

The smirk on her face widened, "Do you think a simple kiss and the necklace you gave me would have wiped all the hurt I feel in my heart. No, Jack it can't. cause this hate is deep as the love I feel for you".

She walked back to the desk sat down and crossed her legs, "Your Uncle owned me an apology and a few million from the hotel you built on my land so if you feel am not fair then sue me"

He scoffed, "My uncle has a family did you think about them".

Her hand banged the desk in anger, "Did he think about my poor mother, when he made me sign those papers, NO, he didn't. so please don't make me the bad person here cause am the victim and you and your uncle are the culprits"

He stared into her eyes seeing the anger raging in them, he moved back scared of what she had turned into.

"You're consumed with anger Tati, you need to stop or you're going to hurt yourself," he said.

She laughed leaning back in her seat, "Jack who's fault is it that am this way, I was a happy simple girl with my mother who enjoyed her days at her late husband's ranch and you took advantage of the trust we had in you and took everything from us. So tell me exactly who made me this way"

He was silent and she sighed.

"Your Uncle was a bad man and I have the evidence to prove it. I have helped millions of people he has been cheating out of money with his illegal smuggling and loan businesses. So yes it was my revenge that led me here but I also did I good thing. His family has more than enough to survive without him, made sure not to expose all their secret properties and accounts so don't worry they are fine" she grabbed some documents and her bag, "Now excuse me, I have to rush back to attend a meeting"
