Tenya had gone back to work but was still in the building, when ever he had free time he would check on her.

The nurse glanced into her room before paging him that Mizuki was awake

He headed over and knocked on the door

She looked over hearing the knock on the door wondering who it was.

The window blinds where opened so she could see that he was at the door

When she sees him, she was happy on the inside but her feelings were still conflicted so she just waved him in to come inside.

Tenya walked in and sat next to her.

She sat there in her bed looking at him wanting to know what happened in the surgery.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" He asked petting her head. He had a sad look in his eyes. His expressions always told his emotions no matter how hard he tried.

She was about to speak as a doctor walked in

The doctor waved his finger "ah ah ah you cant speak not while your healing at least" he started to tell Mizuki that she lost her quirk in her mouth area then he asks her to test her quirk on her hands as she held out her right hand and slowly made a small flame before it went out.

Tenya watched everything making sure not to miss a single detail. "Will she be able to grow this flame stronger?" He asked The doctor

Doctor shrugged "it will take time but yes right now it's weak because the main source of her quirk is now gone"

He sighed and grumbled "I'm getting pretty tired of these surgery fuck ups on the people I love" he said under his breath

Doctor glared at him "it wasnt a fuck up she can still speak cant she?" He said walking away as Mizuki sat there looking at the doctor before looking at Tenya reaching out to hold his hand
