Anya wiped her tears off and hugged kai tightly.

"But I'm just kinda frustrated that you didn't tell us about this sooner, We're your bestfriends aren't we?"

It took me so much and too long to get here..

I'm really surprised how all this didn't change you at all.. you're still so hyped and energetic.. funny, loveable and fun to be around, you never look down on people or hurt them just because you had bad experiences in the past or you just go silence mode your whole life and let people hurt you and treat you badly..

-anya: "I didn't know aunt shiley has suffered this much.."

(-Mina: "he doesn't want to show his weakness to people, he didn't want to be the center of attention here because that will push him to cry and let it all out that's why he started talking abt daniel") she thought to herself while spacing out.

-anya: "what about you mina?"

-anya: "You said your family and Jay's are friends?"

-mina: "oh- yea, but we have nothing to do with their business, my father knew mr walker since they were kids plus dad has a charity and he knows many big companies owners because they usually donate with a lot of money. I don't even know why he is still friends with him after knowing about all the terrible things he has done"

-daniel: "It's understandable.. I'd be friends with kai even if he turned out to be a gangster"

-kai: "yes right I became friends with you even though you are a crybaby"

He gave Daniel a side eye as he said this causing everyone to laugh.

-mina: "so kai.. you always get into fights with jay as a form of revenge?"

-kai: "no I promised my mom, I never break promises.. it's just that he always starts it first and gets on my nerves"

-daniel: "kai is so short tempered.. that's how we got to know each other, him and jay and I were in the same class in our first year too.."

-kai: "he is going to tell her about how him and I started dating"

-Daniel: "hush Im talking.. so jay used to bully me and kai lost it everytime he caught him doing so.. he once got angry and started yelling at me "why don't you stand up for yourself he is the same age as you, why are you allowing him to disrespect you????"

-kai: "even if he truly was.. it's true that I'm not seeking revenge nor I do hate him but all I can do is ignore his existence I can never be friends with him"

They smiled at each other warmly letting all the misunderstandings that had happened in the last few days behind.

-mina: "I envy your friendship"

-kai: "oh no her jealousy will ruin it all"

-anya: "you know what.. life is so messed up and unfair when I usually feel down or things are just not going right I swear"
