Ayato leaped to the front, grabbing the female by the neck and pulling her down, he placed one leg around her stomach and held her to the ground before placing his arm around her neck.

"Stay still, I have to hold her down long enough for Captain Levi and his squad to head over to Commander Levi" His titan's leg grew back and he sought to add more weight on the female titan.

As soon as Ayato adjusted his leg, the female titan took a sharp turn and stayed on top of Ayato, she ran with his body scraping the ground before charging towards a tree.

Ayato eventually let go and stood up, looking at the female titan as she hardened her fist with her powers.

"Who would have thought, you had this much strength, all this power and you choose to use it for your stupid ideals, you make me sick!" Giving out a roar, he surrounded his arms with lightning, making his eyes lit red as he took a fighting stance.

But instead of charging toward him, the female titan let out a loud scream before continuing her chase.

"Damn it, she's calling for backup" Ayato chased after her, his titan was faster so he was certain that he would catch up to her in no time.

But all of a sudden his titan stopped moving, "What's going on? Why can't I move?" He questioned as he struggled to move.

Whoosh!

He heard the sound of soldiers using their Odm gears, "Okay keep the titan at bay, don't let her get to the center defense squads" One of the soldiers yelled as she whooshed passed Ayato.

"What do these fools think they're doing, stay away from her!" Ayato yelled, still struggling to move his titan.

"Move damn it," He tried coming out of his

titan but he couldn't, "What the hell, move!

"Her ass is mine," One of the soldiers said, as he propelled himself to her nape point, he was about to slash but the female titan smashed him against the trees in an instant.

The soldiers kept coming, and each one met their end in the hands of the female titan.

"Come on, the hell is wrong with you? People are dying out there" Ayato yelled, feeling frustrated inside the titan husk.

"Damn it! they didn't have to die, come on damn it!" He struggled to get his titan to it's feet.

He stood inside the titan completely frozen,"What was the point? the hell did I think I could do?" He laughed, before tears rolled down his cheeks as he watched the female titan kill more soldiers,"Ahhhhhhhh!" He screamed, feeling useless and frustrated.

It didn't take long for the female titan to be right behind the tail of the Levi squad, Eren looking at the way the female titan sped up was completely shocked.

"I thought.. no way did she defeat Ayato," Eren thought to himself, he placed his blades back in his odm gear and was about to bite himself and turn into a titan.

"Don't do it!" Jinn yelled.

"What? She's right on top of us" Eren yelled.

"You made an oath, you promised to only use your powers when your life is in ultimate danger and there was no other choice" Petra added, he could hear the way her voice was shaking.

"I don't understand what is going on, if there's a bigger picture here then I'm not getting them to explain it to me.

Why aren't you helping them, they are dying back there and my friend might be in danger for all I know, soldiers are dying back there.

If anyone can take this thing down, it's the Levi squad so why?" Eren desperately tried to understand.

"Trust us," Petra said, smiling at him even though it was so obvious she was afraid.

"Are you saying we should abandon them?"

"Damn it yes Eren, now do as you're told" Jinn yelled.

"What's wrong with you guys? She-"

Boom!

The sound of the female titan squashing Petra to the ground resonated inside their ears.

"Ahhhh" Oluo screamed in anger before getting off his horse and going after her.

The rest of the Levi squad followed, they just watched their comrade die and it wasn't something pretty.

Eren placed his hands in his mouth getting ready to transform again.

"Eren!" Levi yelled, "Remember who your comrades are".

*Flashback*

While Ayato was comforting Eren at the stair, Levi walked in on their conversation.

"I know how you just feel" Levi walked down and stood right in front of them.

"But you have to understand, every one of them has had to watch those comrades die countless times by a titan, why are you on the battlefield there's no hesitation, you act or you get eaten.

Believe me, they felt conflicted, following their natural way of surviving"

After Levi had said that, they all left the room and were headed to the dining table, along the way they met the Levi Squad at the entrance.

"Hange explained to us how your titan power is,s" Jinn said.

"So meaning, we know it wasn't your fault that you transformed, I questioned your loyalty, an apology should be given," Gunther said.

They all have each other a positive note before biting their hands,

"Hurts like hell, how do you sink your teeth into it?" Pedra cried out.

Eren, after remembering that event, removed his hand and watched as the Levi squad was struggling to take her down as he rode.

Out of nowhere, a huge roar came from the end of the forest, Both the Levi squad and the female titan stopped when they saw a lightning-covered titan charging toward them.

"Is that? Shikigami?" Jinn questioned, standing on one of the tree branches.

"Get back on your horse and ride, he's going to lead her in," Ava said as came out from in between the forest.

They were not happy about it but they had no choice; they got on those horses and regrouped with Levi.

Ayato charging toward the female titan had a swarm of titan racing behind him, but he wasn't focusing on them.

The female titan took to her heels and also started running, but there was no way she could outrun Ayato.

While he was running he saw the dead body of Petra on the ground, stuck to a tree, "I swear… I swear I'm gonna kill this bitch!" He yelled.

With one leap, he gave her a spear to the back that sent her crashing.

Not wasting, he landed a punch at her while she was on the ground. Although she tried to block it with her hands, the punch just broke right through and went straight for her face.

She pushed him away and started running, then she heard a loud booming sound, she turned to check and all around her were soldiers.

"Fire!" Commander Erwin yelled.

They fired multiple string-like arrows at her, it held her down, forcing her to stay still as more of the piercing continued.

Ayato was able to get through the trees and enter the safe zone where the soldiers were.

I did a few changes, removed historia from the beginning, since people seem to be complaining alot about it, why do people hate mystery? Anyway...
