Young Justice: Unbreakable Allies

My name is Jason Newman, and up until recently, I had lived the ordinary life of an average 16-year-old. I went to high school, played video games, and hung out with my friends. But that all changed when a tragic accident happened, I died.

I was walking home from a friend's house after a group of us decided to hang out and have some fun. As I was a couple of blocks away from my house, I started to cross the street, taking out my phone, not paying attention to the road, from all sides. Out of nowhere I saw the bright headlights and heard honking horns, but it was too late for me to save myself, it seemed like I passed out.

Waking up in what looks like space or a galaxy, I am blasted with the memory of where I was before here. I remembered the Truck crashing, the pain, and then nothing. Getting broken out of my trance I find myself standing in front of a bright light. It was blinding, and I couldn't see anything else.

"Welcome, Jason," a voice said from the blinding light. "I am R.O.B., and I have brought you here to give you a second chance." I was stunned as the light dimmed down and now in front of me was a formless being. I had never believed in R.O.B. or an afterlife, but here I was, standing in front of it. "You have two wishes," God said. "Choose wisely, as they will shape how your new life will play out."

I thought, "how do I try to decide what I wanted?" And then it hit me, I wanted to be a superhero like the ones from the comics I read and from the tv and movies I watched as a kid. I

"I want powers of tactile telekinesis and energy manipulation," I said, remembering comics I used to read and how I liked them and always wanted them. "Oh, a two for one but I will allow it this time," God said, "And I want to be reborn in the Young Justice universe." I also said

God nodded. "Your wishes are granted. Good luck, Jason I wish you a great second life." In a flash of blinding light, I was whisked away, And then I woke up in a hospital room, feeling strange it hurt everywhere and It did not feel like I was in my own body.

God holding a smirk sitting in a chair with his legs crossed and his hand on his chin " I hope he likes the surprise I gave him" God said looking at the vast multiverse of the dc universe "This is going to be great" he says while smiling.

-Detroit Metropolitan hospital-

I was in the hands of my mother who had just given birth to me and as I turned my head around the room, there was no sight of my father around. "Aren't you just so cute, I think I will name you Jason after your grandfather Jason Newman". Mary, my new mother said. Holding me my mother smiles, nurses come into the room to take me from my mother to take me for a check-up.

-Two days later-

After staying in the hospital for two days, my mother takes us home to our home in Detroit. It was a nice house in a nice decently wealthy neighborhood. My mother was a profound novelist with multiple novels under her name and over the years has made a good amount of money. It was enough to give us a good life here in Detroit.
