Suggestion

"So tell me Ume-chan. Can you remember anything apart from your name? I heard that you can't remember you're last name"

Ume nodded in confirmation. But hesitated on the thought of revealing herself...

"I... My brother and I got attacked by some people..." She said with a low voice. As a human, she felt guilty of lying, but then she know that it isn't really a lie but just the half part of the story.

The others did still notice her slip up though. "Do you know why?" He asked once again.

"Yeah... But it wasn't our fault..." Well partly. "We barely goes out" Tsukauchi raises a brow.

"Please refrain from lying" the others flinch at his words, obviously listening closely. Ume let out an annoyed sound.

'So he really does have a power... Can he detect if I lie? If so, then it all explains why they choose him to investigate me... Clever for their part, I guess...' Ume thought. The fact that this world has supernatural abilities like the demons back in her world would be very dangerous. 'At least in in my world, demons only possess such abilities while those pesky slayers uses swords. If it were everyone... then that would be so troublesome to our part...'

"Im not lying!... It's just those humans tried to kill us, so we also fought back!" Ume exclaim keeping her voice down but still harsh. Tsukauchi nodded in confirmation before Aizawa decided to ask a question.

"What was this kid got to do with the incident?" Aizawa asked, this time, Ume barely comprehend what he had said. 'Incident?'

Tsukauchi let out a tired sigh. 'This two need to chill out...' Ume thought bemused. Obviously, both were tired, but Tsukauchi still ables to answer his question.

"According to the people who was near the store, they had not seen a child near by. All children were pulled to a safer area. So we can say that, she didn't got taken away from there... She must be unlucky to got kidnapped with no one in sight... As for her brother..."

Ume silently prayed to who know who that he wouldn't find out.

"That was another problem. Anyway, it would be difficult to find out the truth, so it will take time, again... Have you ever thought of what to do to this kid?" Tsukauchi asked.

Suddenly! Hizashi came out of nowhere, jumping in front of them like a kid trying to show his wonderful drawing.. which sucks...

"I have a suggestion!" He exclaim, while Aizawa can be heard groaning. 'This actually looks funny...' she thought before changing her attention to the hyperactive blonde.

"Let Eraser look after her!"

"No"

"No"

Well at least the both of them agreed. "No fair! You didn't even thought through of my idea! This would actually work! Eraser can look after her to lessen his job, since she'll be just at his house. I can also visit sometimes and they could also visit the hospital for checkups!"

Chiyo gave a hum thinking. "You honestly wouldn't let me put near this grumpy cat right?" Ume asked as if they were just joking.

"But this could work. Mic's right, if anything goes wrong, then Eraser will be there to help you" she said while Ume grumbles.

"Besides! The two of you could really need to bond up" Mic said.

"Im not keeping the kid, Mic. So any stupid ideas you have, just forget it. Fine, at least my work would be lessen, so I'll think of your idea. As for you kid"

"I don't really have a choice, do I?..." She asked, knowing that she already promise herself that she will live for her brother, that she will be dependable and won't cry on every occasions.

Aizawa nodded before he went out to think. 'Well, that was eventful' she then changes her attention to the grinning Cheshire face like cat, Hizashi is making.

"Tsukauchi..."

"Eraser" the said raven haired man said acknowledging the hero's presence. "Don't worry, I had already talk to the villain"

"..."

"It didn't seems to end up right from what the guy said... Yes, she was attacked... But we couldn't find any body of a boy... From what I can tell, she didn't lie... So why isn't it matching up?..."

"Either the man's lying or that kid knows how to hide the truth" Aizawa muttered darkly in suspicious.

Tsukauchi shook his head. "We'll find out the truth some day, for now. You better rest up" he said before gripping Aizawa's shoulder and left.

As for Hizashi's suggestion.... 'Fine... It's not like Im keeping the kid...'

"So" Ume stares at the dress which is laying in her hospital bed. It was given by Recovery Girl saying that it was once hers when she was still young. "Where did Hizashi go?"

"He went back to go work" Aizawa said nonchalantly. "Wear this, I'll be back later" Ume nodded and changes her clothes after Aizawa lock the door.

The dress is plain white with cute looking collar. It reaches only above her knee and below her thighs. There was also a thin brown belt she could use. It perfectly fit in her younger body than her busty demon form.

Aizawa came back with a meal, she silently thanks the man. Ume stares at the food remembering the first time she ate one. It wasn't that good which is understandable since it all came from the hospital's cafeteria. The food in there was just not tasty enough since it was all mix in medicine. But Ume didn't care...

It was her first time eating human food, for what?... a decades?

Ume didn't know, but when she took one bite of the said food. Her stomach actually growled and eat the whole thing. Recovery Girl was worried for her, but she let her go. It seems like her human appetite also came back...

Now she understand why humans takes too long to eat... After that, Ume immediately eat her meals with no problems at all. Either food is vegetables or not.
