Chests and Loot

As Lizzy traveled she went and opened her inventory and decided to convert her chests into higher tiers, she stared at her 7 middle tier and low tier chests for a bit.

"System convert my low tier chests and mid tier chests"

On the inventory window a small bronze present box that had a x7 on it glowed and the 7 became 1, the same phenomenon happened to the mid tier chests only this time it left a 2 and a new but familiar looking item appeared with a x2 on it, it was the high tier chest, a gold present box with a beautiful metallic luster.

"Is there a tier higher than high tier, system?"

"Host the subsequent tiers after High tier are Top tier, Perfect tier, Heaven tier, and God tier respectively"

"hmm then it's possible to get God tier after I do a couple more tasks huh" Lizzy said with a sly smirk that shouldn't be on a lizards face at all.

"The system would like to apologize for raining on the hosts parade but the conversion of the top three tiers are fixed at a higher amount than the former four"

A new window appeared whilst Lizzy was walking towards the dragons lair and the content answered the question on how different the conversion rates are, the last three tiers requirements almost made her want to spit blood.

"THIS IS A SCAM!!!"

"Host the system has been fair in pricing these commodities, what the host can get from the higher tier chests are completely worth the exchange rate, but since the host has been hardworking the system will deduct 5 from each of the top threes requirements"

The numbers in the window slowly changed as if it was counting down and stopped once the higher tiers reached a number 5 below their original.

Perfect tier: 15 Top tier for 1

Heaven tier: 25 Perfect tier for 1

God tier: 35 Heaven tier for 1

"I still feel that this is a scam"

The system didn't answer and instead suddenly doubled the amount on the window as punishment.

"Beautiful and powerful sister system I am sorry for complaining and did I mention that you are the most fair and trustworthy?" Lizzy tried to flatter the system so that the numbers would go down again.

It was unknown if the system was actually flattered but the numbers on screen returned back to the discounted version of the chest conversion, on that day Lizzy made a mental note to not insult the systems fairness and instead try to flatter it.

Lizzy then remembered some MCs of the novels she read where they flattered the systems and decided to throw her mental note to the back burner, she didn't want to look desperate and didn't want to do the flattering she did earlier, just thinking back to her act made her have goosebumps even though she was an oversized lizard.

Time passed while she was having her shenanigan with the system and she arrived at the mouth of the cave she found the red door in, she proceeded to walk forward, the day was bright and warm, Lizzy guessed that she would finish looting right around noon and would have some time to hunt for the rest of the geniuses she required.

She treaded the familiar path again and arrived at the prophetical red door, the door was laying on the ground and some cracks could be seen on it, debris from the door frame could be seen all over the place and the loot inside the room was scattered and shining even with little light, there were lamps on the walls but a majority was broken, that didn't stop the gold coins from glittering due to the light though.

If someone other than Lizzy saw this, they would be overtaken by their greed and would try to pocket as much as they can, but Lizzy was different, why? because what would a lizard use money for? none, she couldn't buy anything nor does the system have any use for it.

Lizzy entered the room and began to scan the place once again, she went to the pile where she got the supposed dragon blood and scattered the gold apart, after a few seconds of digging through gold Lizzy walked away from the said pile and went to another since she would be wasting her time if she kept on digging.

She began to dig on another pile, noises of gold coins clattering on the ground and hitting each other could be heard loudly, Lizzy then suddenly stopped as her hand seemed to have hit a large and extremely hard object the side of a car tire, not the ones used for small cars but the ones that was the size of a big rigs, she focused on it and couldn't believe she missed such a massive and golden item.
