Chapter Sixty-One

      Cierra laid in bed, unable to remember how she got there, her conversation with Jeremiah replaying in her head. It was hard to believe that last night she had been sent away by Brigid, and that just today she had been attacked by a dragon disguised as a man. Not only that, but now she knew for a fact that the dream realms and their reality had once been connected to some extent. What else from the dream realms resided in her world, living with them every day, disguised as something or someone else? And if they had, why? Outside of that, was there a way of saving the Brigantes by bringing them to her world, like how Tio and Tia had brought Jeremiah and come over?

      She closed her eyes, Cid curled up at her feet. There was only one way to find out—she was going to have to hunt down Goldie once again. She barely had time to register the pulling on her conscious before she found herself standing in a dark void.
