Kiara sat across the dining table and looked through her work, Natalia rolled the wheels of her wheelchair that Kiara had bought on the way back from the hospital so that Natalia wouldn't have to sit in the room all day long. 

The caretaker had already changed the clothes for her that she had borrowed from Kiara. The clothes were a perfect fit and Natalia who was quite picky when it came to clothing was pleased with that. 

"What are you doing?" Natalia asked when she saw Kiara with a box of cupcakes.

"Hm?" Kiara was focused on work that she did not notice her come because of her work. "Did you say something?" She asked. 

"I asked what were you doing?" Natalia was a little cautious.

"I am working can't you see?" Kiara gave the obvious answer not noticing her eyes that were plastered on the cupcake wraps that had towered the side of her laptop. Without realizing Kiara had eaten almost all of them.
