For Lily even Leonard gaze could make her body hot. The sensuality and darkness is mixed in the air around them. In the faint light coming from the moon Lily could clearly see his dark gaze which is cold as ice, as if he is holding something omnious in those gaze. Lily eyes travel downward to his chest, she gasp seeing his shirt tainted with blood.

"This....thi-" she stammer.

"It's not mine" Leonard roughly said and turn his back towards her. He wasn't in the mood to coax her, neither he wanted to deal with her fear towards him. It's best for Lily to see his actual face earlier, after all one day she would know what kind of monster he is.

Words got stuck in her throat, somewhere Lily knew that he is not a simple man. Tulip also warn her about him moreover Leonard himself said that his any simple business man but somewhere she wasn't mentally prepared. But Seeing him today she couldn't recognise himself properly, actually today is the first time he didn't hide his true self. How much he mischievously act or tease her but it's only a facade within those mask hides a beast. When Leonard turn his back towards her an anxious feeling spread inside her as if he is closing himself, moving away from her.

"Leave" Leonard said, his voice is devoid of emotions.

"Leo--" Lily immediately cut off by Leonard "Lily leave I want to be alone"

Lily once thought to leave the room but her heart stopped her from walking away. A weird feeling spread inside her, She get the feeling that if today she leaves then he will turn his back towards her forever "No Leonard... If it's about that day then I'm sorry. Don't close yourself I'm your wife, you could say anything that is inside of you"

Leonard release a shallow chuckle "Really? do you really consider me your husband. It's been quite half a year but why I always feel that somewhere in your heart you couldn't let go of your ex husband? that you still refuses to get acknowledge as my wife?"

Suddenly Lily was tongue tied 'True I never considered this relationship. Everytime I have flashback of my past. Most importantly I never truly tried to let go of my past. My heart is so much filled with hatred and pain that I forgot to cherish what I have?' a sudden realisation fall upon her. She never considered her marriage with him, unlike him who always to make this relationship work.

Leonard turns to face her, he slowly take predator walk towards her, unconsciously Lily walk backwards with each step he take forward. Soon her hip hit the mahogany table, seeing the opportunity Leonard block her from running away.

"Tell me Lily did you ever considered me as your husband." Leonard asked coldly.

"I...l" Lily shutter

"Yes or No Lily" Leonard asked his voice sound threatening.

Lily shiver hearing his voice, she never saw him like this "No..." she whimper.

Leonard smirk evilly "See Lily there is no point to play husband and wife. I give you a chance to walk away from me. I ran out of patience Lily. After all patience in not my cup of tea. What you are seeing today is the monster Lily. I just like your ex husband a cold hearted bastard, but more vicious than him. I feel a thrill when I torture those captive who try to be over smart. I crush my enemy both physically and mentally."

Lily heart trembles from fear, he is looking evil. His eyes is deep black, he is enjoying her fear "Leonard you are scaring me!" Lily said, there is a fear in her voice.

Leonard face turns expressionless "You should fear me Lily. This is who I am ...A cold hearted bastard. I'm giving you a chance ...walk away from me..You don't have to be tied with me in this relationship"

Lily could still hear his concern for her. She refuse to believe that he is a monster, he never treated her badly, always been considerate towards her "No...I will not walk away. You yourself said Marshall never divorce then why?. You are not a monster Leonard, situation made you one. It's my fault that I never being true to this relationship but I want to give us a chance... please Leonard don't close yourself from me...please Leonard" Lily voice trembles from losing this opportunity, she fears that her past is ruining her present. She fears that if today she didn't plea then she never truly feel the bliss of true marriage.

"Lily, what if I tell you that with me you never get a simple life. I have lot of enemy Lily....my life will never be simple. There always be an enemy lurking behind me moreover they will try to harm you. So will you still stay with me" Leonard said.

Lily intensely see his dark gaze, her eyes move towards his lip. Slowly she kissed him, Leonard body stiffen, lily tries to move her lips to get his reaction. But after not receiving any reaction, her face flush with embarrassment and she leaves his lip. But before she could complete break the kiss, he released a growl and roughly kissed her pressing her back to table. His hand move under her top, he roughly squeeze her breast.

Lily release a whimper in between their kiss. Leonard release her lips moving towards her neck, he harshly suck her neck, she gasp "Leonard.. I don't know about future.. but I will not walk away from you...how much you try to convince me" she said gasping from pleasure.

Leonard release her neck and press both her hands to the table "Then Lily what do you want? How do you want me to treat you?"

Looking at his eyes she answered "Your wife Leonard. Your wife Leonard. And I will as you my husband. Your are my husband Leonard. I want to give us a chance."

Leonard look at her eyes, her eyes is showing sincerity "I'm asking again Lily are you sure if I take step forward there will be no going back"

Lily gently smile "Yes Leonard"
