Chapter 42: Another party?

"Thanks, Lily" Ivy said, took my textbook that I handed to her.

Shutting my locker, I shot Ivy a smile, "You're welcome"

"I really hate studying, too tiring" Ivy complained as we walked. I laughed and put my arms around her. "That's why I only study when exams are coming and chill"

"Hey, Lilith!" a man voice was heard behind me. The hallway was packed and was enveloped with the students' chatters. Not wanting to entertain him, I grabbed Ivy's hand and walk faster. Ivy pulled her hand away from me, I turned around and faced her.

"Someone called you and it was a guy right?" Ivy asked, smiling. "I don't hear anything, Ivy so come on" I said as I grabbed her hand but she pulled it.

"Don't ignore it" I rolled my eyes at Ivy and it was too late, "Hi"

It is Jackson, I shot Jackson a subtle smile, "Hi…"

Jackson looked at Ivy and Ivy waved at him, books hugged in her chest. "This is Ivy and Ivy, this is Jackson. We met at Xamantha's party"
