Unbreakable love: Only one I love

Alex had one goal in life to make enough money so she could give her mother a comfortable life. But her efforts always seemed less fruitful even with her adoptive father and step-sister by her side. "Am not crying, just got something in my eye " Alex sniffed. "Am sorry, here is something that might help" the stranger said passing his handkerchief. "Thank you," she said taking it. After wiping the falling tears she turned to look at the stranger. His long brown hair was moving with the breeze around him as his dark orbs stared down at her. He bent down took his hankie and gently wiped the still falling tears from her eyes, "you missed a spot" he smiled. She smiled remembering that night, it was the day she had met him. Nathan Livingston. The man who claimed to only have eyes for her and soon had proved it.

They arrived at the roof of the building where the helicopter was waiting.

Becca who was standing outside smiled when she saw him walk out of the door with Alex.

He helped her inside and they flew off.

"Are you okay?" Nathan asked the anxious-looking Alex.

She glanced at him and moved her head, "I don't know"

He bent down closer to her, "Is this your first time taking one?"

She nodded, "And it's so high"

He smiled, "If you're scared you can hold my hand"

Nathan offered his open palm to her and Alex took it, clutching it with her life. "Don't worry we are almost there" he said in her ear.

Soon they landed and Alex sighed, she turned to Nathan with a smile.

"It wasn't that bad"

He chuckled, "Yes it was, it didn't seem like your first time"

Her light laughter filled the air, "Are you teasing me?".

He helped her out, "Why would I, you were really good"

Not realizing it they were still holding hands, the smiling Alex was led away by Nathan inside the building.

Her eyes explored the expensive decorated restaurant. She noticed glanced towards them and turned back to Nathan. His warm hand in his that seemed not to want to let go.

"This way," he said gently pulling her hand to his side. A waiter appeared and welcomed them taking both to their table.

"Please do have your seats while I bring the menu," he said walking away.

She followed his lead as he pulled a seat for her and then took his.

When the menu arrived he glanced at her as she viewed it

"Anything you like?" he asked.

"Mmm"

"Then go ahead and order," he said motioning the waiter to her side.

He leaned back and watched her point to the dishes she had chosen then look up at him.

"Done?" he asked.

"Yes, your turn," she said.

"Same as hers," he said. The waiter nodded and left.

"Are you sure my taste will suit yours?" she asked.

"Very sure" he answered.

She looked away scanning the room filled until her eyes returned to staring at Nathan.

"You look different than in the morning" he finally said

"It's the makeup, my sister did it. I don't look weird" she touched her face.

"No, you don't, it's the opposite, your lashes are darker and longer and your lips," he said and Alex found herself biting her lower lip, Nathan seemed to freeze seeing her action.

"And my lips," she asked.

"Look better with lipstick on," he said.

She smiled, "Thank you"
