Unbreakable love: Only one I love

Alex had one goal in life to make enough money so she could give her mother a comfortable life. But her efforts always seemed less fruitful even with her adoptive father and step-sister by her side. "Am not crying, just got something in my eye " Alex sniffed. "Am sorry, here is something that might help" the stranger said passing his handkerchief. "Thank you," she said taking it. After wiping the falling tears she turned to look at the stranger. His long brown hair was moving with the breeze around him as his dark orbs stared down at her. He bent down took his hankie and gently wiped the still falling tears from her eyes, "you missed a spot" he smiled. She smiled remembering that night, it was the day she had met him. Nathan Livingston. The man who claimed to only have eyes for her and soon had proved it.

"You have been staring at your phone for hours, why don't you call her," Becca said.

Nathan looked up with an annoyed face, "Don't you have things to do?"

Becca smirked, "No I don't. Like you am done for the day"

"Then go find something to do, you're annoying me right now," he said.

Becca scoffed walking out of his office.

His eyes got back to the phone screen, displaying Alex's number.

Finally taking a deep breath he called.

"Hello" her calm voice answered.

"Hello, Alex... It's Nathan" he said.

"Oh, Mr Livingston"

"Wanted to know of your dome for the day so I can pick you up"

"Mmm, am done. If it's okay you can pick me up in a few minutes" she said.

"Am on my way" he said.

"Alright, see you later" Alex hang up.

He called Becca who soon arrived at his office

"Tell Roy to get ready, we are leaving" he was smiling brightly.

"I have some bad news before I go," said Becca.

"What?"

"At this hour traffic is so bad that it will take an hour to get to her. She will have to wait for almost two hours"

"I can't let her wait, get the helicopter ready then," he said.

Becca smiled and walked out.

...

"Can't I leave my hair down?" Alex asked seeing herself in the mirror.

"No, It's Long and beautiful but is getting in the way of the beautiful design of your dress in the back," Cynthia said.

"Okay," she smiled at her reflection.

"Should we go grab something as we wait, knowing the traffic at this hour he will be here in two hours" Cynthia said.

Alex nodded biting her lower lip.

"Am nervous" she suddenly said.

"Why it's not your first time being with him," her sister asked.

"I don't know, I just feel nervous," Alex said.

"Them don't force it if you not ready you can back out," she said.

"Can I, but then I will hurt his feelings"

"If he likes you then he will understand and wait till you're ready for this," Cynthia said.

"Excuse, manager," someone said

They both turned to him, "Someone is looking for you"

"Huh, don't tell me it's him, he here already" Cynthia let out.

"That was fast, is there no traffic jam now" Alex walked to where her coworker led them.

She noticed Nathan from afar and stopped.

"You have time to back out now, so take a deep breath and go have some fun" Cynthia whispered.

"What fun?"

"Don't ask questions and go meet your man "her sister pushed her to where Nathan was.

She walked up to him and he smiled.

"Am sorry I was late" he said.

She giggled, "Not really I think that was first, did you fly here?"

He nodded, "How did you?"

"Huh really?" she blinked.

He chuckled, "Yes, I used my helicopter cause I didn't want you to wait"

"You didn't have to, I was ready to wait," she said.

"But I wasn't, I wanted to see you" he smiled.

She chuckled looking away, "So are we using the same means?"

"Yes, it's faster," he said leading her away to the elevator.
