February 2nd
Yesterday... I got fired from my job, not like I got any complaints because that job was awful to begin with. What I am annoyed about was how I got fired in the first place. My boss fired me because I didn't do my job the way he liked it...
I have no idea what's that supposed to mean but I still feel offended for some reason.
I can't survive without a job too long, especially in London. Fortunately for me, a friend of mine already got me in for new job in North London.
My friend also said I get a new place to stay with the job, which on my part that's a bonus. I finally get to leave this cramped up apartment.
The young man close his journal before placing it inside his bag. He walked up to his apartment door, grabbing his black coat and his red scarf before putting them on. The young man crouched down before he stood up again, carrying a plant pot in his arms. He walks outside and immediately burrows his face into his scarf.
"It's freezing," he said to himself.
The young man hugged his poor plant, trying to block the hits of cold wind. He closes his previous apartment door then locking it the key. The young man went down the apartment building, returns his apartment key to his pervious landlord.
"So you're finally leaving huh, Shoe Boy?" said a old man with a cheeky grin on his face.
"For the last time, my name is Shuu! S.H.U.U not S.H.O.E!" the young man growled the old man while the old man laughed.
"You know even if you spell it out to me, it's will be the same my head," the old man remarked.
"Then I guess you're getting too old, cause your hearing is the same to a octopi," Shuu smirk at his old landlord before walking away from the old.
"I'm not that old! I'm only in mid forties! Damn brat," the old man yelled before he started grumbling to himself.
Shuu walks out of a bus and stood a tall building, he gaze up and down the building to notice a familiar face leading against the front door.
"Ivy!" Shuu waved his arm as he jogs up his friend.
A woman wearing a light grey coat lifted her gaze from her phone before realizing whose calling her. "Shuu! You finally made it!"
Ivy wrapped her arms around Shuu's waist and pulled him into her embrace, while Shuu returned hugged Ivy with one arm while holds his plant pot with the other.
"You still have that plant?" Ivy said lifted her brow.
"To be honest, I wished I had more," Shuu said, where Ivy giggled in response.
Ivy release Shuu before placing her hands to her hips. "Okay, enough of that. It's time for you to get a actual decent job,"
"Can't wait," Shuu smiles.
"Before you enter I have somethings to tell so paid attention," Ivy spoke to Shuu with a serious tone, where Shuu nodded being understanding.
"Number one, this is a customer service job so you will be told to serve people. However, this will be your chance for meeting some new people.
Number two, the people who work are all different cultures so don't worry too much about fitting in.
and finally three, having this job will get you a new place to stay but you will living with a roommate. Don't ask me who because not even I know who it could be,"
"Alright... I think I got basics of it," Shuu said.
"Great! Let's go then!" Ivy cheered before entering through the door.
"You seemed overly excited," Shuu says he walks pass through the door after Ivy.
"Of course I am, you finally get a better job. That and there's hottie who works here I've been dying to see again," Ivy giggled.
"Don't you already have a girlfriend?" Shuu asked.
"We broke up," Ivy said bluntly.
"Since when?!" Shuu gasped in disbelief.
"Three days ago," Ivy said as sat on chair tapping on her phone.
Shuu sighs before sitting on a chair next to Ivy. "So this happened recently, what exactly happened?"
"Don't sweat about it, she was just another cheating hore," Ivy said with stern voice and a stone cold expression.
"Again? You really need to pick more wisely who you sleep with," Shuu said.
"But it's not my fault! I just can't help but fall for girls with a pretty face, you know that better than anyone," Ivy whined as she puffed up her cheeks.
"And as your friend I'm going to be blunt with you and say, you can be very dumb whenever you are in love with someone," Shuu said.
"You're so mean Shuu!" Ivy pouted as hits Shuu on the shoulder.
"Umm... hello? Are you two going to order or not?" Shuu and Ivy gaze turned to a handsome man with dark tan skin, deep brown eyes and has slick black hair while wearing red glasses.
"No, we are actually here to-- Hey!" Before Ivy could finish her sentence, Shuu immediately covered her face his potted plant.
"What are your personal recommendations?" Shuu said as smiles at the handsome man in front of him.
The man smiled in return as he showed Shuu the menu and placing out some recommendations, which Shuu chose three of them. As the man walked away, Shuu finally removed this plant from Ivy's face.
"Are you done flirting now?" Ivy said while her eye twitches.
"What? Weren't you just here to flirt with someone?" Shuu remarked.
Ivy rolled her eyes. "And weren't you here to get a job? What the hell was that all about?!"
"Come on! That guy was hot as hell, could you blame me?"
Ivy hooked Shuu by the collar as says. "How's that any different what I do?! Seriously, what was the point you all that bullshit you just said earlier?! When you do the exact same thing as me! And when did you starting liking guys, last thing I check you were straight,"
"I never said I was straight, nor did I ever said I didn't like guys," Shuu remarked.
"Then you are gay?" Ivy asked.
"No, I still like girl but I also like guys too," Shuu said.
"So you are bisexual," Ivy said bluntly.
"Yes," Shuu responded, as Ivy began to groan.
"Hello, your order is ready," Ivy immediately sat up straight as she gaze a woman.
"Thank you!" Ivy said nervously, as a obvious red blush crawling across her face.
The woman smiled at Ivy before she turned her gaze to Shuu, both the woman and Shuu had surprised expressions.
"Uh... hi," both the woman and Shuu said awkwardly.
