3 Chapter 3: Hello again

Shuu was deeply surprised to see the tall woman in front of him, as she gave Shuu his order along with a kind smile. Shuu on the other hand sat silently with focus smile on his face while his eye twitched.

Why do I suddenly feel so nervous? Shuu thinks, as he turns his friend sitting next to him who only had focus on the tall woman.

Shuu turns his gaze back towards the tall woman, staring at Shuu with the same expression that Shuu before. She tried to compose herself before clearing her throat.

"Uh... Hi there. You wouldn't perhaps, well... I don't know, maybe remember me?" the tall woman obviously nervous, Shuu could tell, however she still spoke politely yet firm at the same time while she was asking her question.

Shuu felt a tear of sweat dripping down his brow, from both the sudden approach and glaring eyeballs from Ivy. If looks could kill, Shuu would've been dead where he sat.

"Ah... I'm not sure? Have we?" Shuu said with kind smile as mentally beats himself for lying.

The tall woman immediately took a step back before apologizing. "Sorry, my mistake,"

"No, no, no. It's fine, you haven't done anything wrong," Shuu chuckled awkwardly.

The tall woman laughed awkwardly along with Shuu, before she cleared her throat and spoke again. "Neither less. You are Shuu, right? I was told you were coming to work here, am I correct?"

Shuu gulped nervously as he pulled out the most confident voice he could muster. "Yes, that's me. I'm Shuu!"

Shuu immediately felt a strike of pain in his ribcage as he turns to Ivy. Ivy glared at Shuu mercilessly, Shuu only glared back.

Ivy shifted her brow while she titled her head to the side. {You knew her? When and How?}

Shuu shook his head before pointing out one of his fingers. {We only met once, but it was nothing special.}

Ivy raised her brow again before rolling her eyes. {As if I'm going to believe that!}

Shuu folded his brow as he clenched his hand. {I'm telling the truth!}

Ivy slammed her fist to the table as she glared at Shuu. {She's mine Shuu! Back off! I met her first!}

Shuu leaned back with a overly smug expression. {Are you sure about that?}

"Why you...!" Ivy growled as her threatened to wrapped around a certain person's neck.

"Um... sorry, but is are two dating?" the tall woman said shyly.

Shuu and Ivy stared at the tall woman blankly before they both said. "What..."
