Rescue Mission (3)

After Ronald had located and arrived at an abandoned factory building, he placed the unconscious Princess onto the floor and then started to tie up both her hands and legs.

Just as Ronald was tying up the Princess, he took another good look at her, and was slightly surprised.

Even though Ronald knew, or at least didn't recall Princess Sophia being a heroine, coupled with her long blond hair, blue eyes, and absolutely flawless skin, he was surprised that she wasn't considered a heroine.

In Ronald's eyes, she looks up to par, and even more beautiful than some of the other heroines he's encountered in his previous life.

But oh well, that's not really of any concern to him, all he wants now is for the heroines to desperately track down his location and make them realize that he is a menace to society, even though he's aware that kidnapping a Princess was a little too extreme.

After Ronald had finished tying up the Princess, he realized that it was night time, and so for the rest of the night, he pulled out his phone and played some mobile games.

As the next day slowly approaches, birds could be heard chirping outside, and as the sunlight slowly lights up the darkness of the abandoned factory...

'What is this... where am I?' Princess Sophia slowly opened her eyes to an unfamiliar environment and started looking around the place until she saw a figure staring at her about 10 meters away.

"Why hello Princess Sophia, I'm delighted to make your acquaintance." After noticing that Princess Sophia had started to slowly wake up, Ronald put away his phone, placed one of his arms horizontally infront of his chest, and bowed to the Princess.

"What have you done to me? Untie me this instant!" After recognizing that she had been kidnapped by the Grandmaster that she had encountered yesterday, she was absolutely frightened.

However as a Princess, she was taught to never concede to anyone no matter who she was facing, so she demanded Ronald to untie her.

"Woah now Princess, what's with the rush? It pains me to see that you want to leave already after we had just met." Ronald said in a dreadful tone while maintaining a wicked grin on his face.

"Why are you doing this to me? What do you want from the royal family?" After Princess Sophia had calmed down a bit and started to think rationally again, she realized that the person who kidnapped her obviously wasn't just going to let her go like that, and clearly wanted something from the royal family.

"Haha, I don't really want anything from the royal family, they're just a bunch of ants in my eyes after all, but I believe you know who Earl Ye Fan is, am I right?"

After hearing the person infront of her mention about Ye Fan, Princess Sophia couldn't help but started to think about the first time she had met Ye Fan.

When her mother first introduced Ye Fan to her, she had no good feelings about Ye Fan, as he looked way too cocky and arrogant despite being quite young.

So after her mother mentioned to her about how strong Ye Fan is, she thought that her mother was overestimating him too much, and she wanted to tear off that arrogant look on his face.

So she decided to call out about 4 master martial artists that were all raised by the Leighton family since birth in order to teach Ye Fan a lesson and show her mother that she was praising him too much.

After she had forced Ye Fan to agree to fight with some of her 'bodyguards' in order to prove his strength, she was expecting Ye Fan to get absolutely annihilated, but to her surprise, he managed to singlehandedly defeat all four of them.

And ever since then, her impression of Ye Fan has started to slowly change for the better, and every time Ye Fan had done something spectacular, her impression of Ye Fan had increased more and more.

But of course, although her impression for Ye Fan was good now compared to their first encounter, she has never once thought of Ye Fan as a love interest.

"What about Earl Ye Fan?" Princess Sophia looked wary at the person infront of her and cautiously asked.

"Well you see, I have a grudge against that person right now, and since I'm aware that you have close ties with him, I might as well use you as a tool to lure him out..." Although Ronald was completely lying about the fact that he had a grudge against Ye Fan, he obviously couldn't just tell Princess Sophia that they were in a novel world right now and he wanted to make the heroines in this so called novel world hate him.

"Princess, have you witnessed someone die infront of your very eyes before? Because you'll see it happen sooner or later." Ronald had to admit, he could see why some of the villains love being so arrogant and loved talking so much.

"You know that we live in a modern era now, right? So unless if you wanted to be gunned down, you better let me go this instant!" Even though master martial artists are highly regarded in this world, Princess Sophia knew master martial artists were still vulnerable to guns and bullets, and even something like a submachine gun could take them out.

So she assumed that a Grandmaster was no better and with enough firepower, even they to could be taken out.

"Haha are you threatening me right now? It seems like you're unaware of the current position that you're in right now." Ronald wasn't planning on doing anything towards Princess Sophia, however he couldn't help but give her a weird look after listening to her ridiculous remarks.

Since this was still only the beginning of the first half of the original novel and cultivators haven't been introduced into the story yet, Princess Sophia obviously assumed that guns could easily kill anyone in this world.

However, Ronald knew that guns wouldn't even be able to make a single scratch towards most of the characters that were introduced later in the second half of the original novel.

"W-what are you going to do to me?" Princess Sophia noticed Ronald starting to slowly get closer and closer to her, and couldn't help but start trembling.

"What am I going to do to you? Let's see... I'll- oh? It seems like someone is headed towards our direction right now. My apologies Princess, but we'll have to save our fun for later." Ronald heard Ye Fan's movements a long time ago, so he wanted to scare the Princess a bit.

However, he doesn't plan on just letting the Princess go after his confrontation with Ye Fan in this abandoned building, his purpose for kidnapping the Princess was to make the heroines see how cruel of a person he was after all.

So after putting duck tape over Princess Sophia's mouth, Ronald placed on a white faceless mask over his face, a white baseball cap on his head, and took off his suit in order to conceal his identity.

'Let's see what your stupid plot armor can do against the ass whooping I'm about to hand out to you.'
