Chapter One Hundred and Thirty-Six

Lila shifted in her seat. 

"Well, that depends. Do you want to invite someone over? Who do you have in mind?"

"His name is Tom Bruce," Detective Miller said, "I knew him from way back when I was still new to the force. I don't think I know a better hacker than him. If there is someone who can snoop into this computer system and break the firewall without damaging the files inside it, I am convinced that it is no other person but Tom. However, I need your permission to invite him over to take a look at it."

Lila looked indecisive. She looked up at Indiana, seeing his opinion on what Detective Miller was asking of her. Indiana had a skeptical look on his face. 

"This hacker guy you're talking about," Indiana said, directing his question at Detective Miller, "He certainly has no criminal tendencies, does he?" He rephrased his question, "Such guys are usually involved in lots of shady stuffs. I sincerely hope your man is clean."
