Chapter 3 - Back Home Again

Sky's POV

My eyes slowly opened, revealing that I was back in my stupid small bedroom. Did yesterday actually happen? Or was it today? I couldn't tell as my head felt like it was spinning around like a ball. Just about I was going to get up and walk over to my bathroom to drink some water, I heard some footsteps walking towards me so I just stayed still until I saw Elliot carrying a glass of water for me and a painkiller.

"What are you doing in my apartment, Elliot?" I asked him. "Relax, Sky. I was on my run until I came across a collapsed you. You weren't responding to me so I was going to take you to the hospital, then I realised that it was too far so I took you back here." he replied before handing me over the glass. I sat up and drank some water.

"Can you take a painkiller for me? I know you hate them but I can sense that you are in a lot of pain because of your headache." he then asked me before I let out a small groan as I had no choice but to take the painkiller so I did. Elliot was going to be a doctor in the near future, so it was like I was his first ever patient. We knew each other since we were kids too. We don't fancy each other because he was secretly gay and only told me about it.

"Can you also tell me what happened? What made you pass out?" he started to ask me multiple questions that I don't quite know the answer to them. "I don't honestly know. All I heard was a voice of a woman that I had...contact with during my bar shift which ended in complete failure as my manager was an ass-hole to the woman about her girlfriend and so she kind of knocked him out." I replied. "To me passing out, I just don't know."

"That's strange." he said, "Yeah, it is strange. What has this world become?" I asked him before he only shrugged his shoulders. "Shit happens, I guess. As long as you are okay, I better get going to my interview." he told me before he started to make his way out.

"Good luck and thank you for bringing me back here!" I said to him, before I saw him smile.

He then left the apartment as I heard the door open and close. I then suddenly let out a sad sigh, remembering what had happened yesterday, seeing that it was the morning. I took off my uniform and put something comfy on, like a long sleeved white t-shirt and my blue jeans.

I sat down in the living room for a few minutes to watch the TV, only to realise that it was just static. I let out another sad sigh as I turned it off.

"You got a pretty name."

There goes that voice again...but it was much different than the first woman that had her eyes roaming over me.

"Whoever you two are, leave me the fuck alone." I decided to say out loud, seeing if I can speak to them.

"Someone got up on the wrong side of the bed..."

"Take a look in my apartment."

"We already have. And we must say, we feel really bad for you. We really do."

"Stop it! Stop talking inside my head!" I found myself beginning to yell at the voices. Then, I felt a gust of wind from behind me...

I slowly turned around to see the woman that slapped my manager. She then started to bring out her hand towards my cheek, which made me quickly move away with fear. Who was she?!

"G...Go away! You are just an hallucination..." I told her, breathing heavily now as I was close to having a panic attack. I closed my eyes for a few seconds before reopening them, only to scream at the woman's terrifying non-human purple eyes as I started to feel like I was in a trance...

"That's my girl. Now, let's go to your new home, shall we?" she asked me with some seductiveness in her tone which made me have a shiver down my spine. She then grabbed my hands as my vision became blurred as the world around me spun until I felt like I was on ground again.

I then looked around, noticing that I was in a completely different area and house...
