A soft breeze blew past me from the small bush situated to my left, and I glanced at it for a second, seriously contemplating if I should make a run for it. At this point, I wished the insane abilities I had could make me disappear just like Hades.
I glanced at Madison again and shuddered as the memory of the last time we saw started flooding in. Another face came from behind, it was Hades. The fact he was actually smirking, registered in my head and I frowned.
All the hurt I felt from the night started to rush back. I turned to Ares, slowly stuttering my words, "What is this?"
Ares scratched his head, not sure of what to say. And it got me wondering if they actually thought this idea to be a good one.
"Well," Ares started his explanation. "I could have brought someone from my army but I felt, being with someone you know and trust would be better."
