First Encounter

Levi clenched his fist, the fist that had turned purple scale with a touch of black. When the Goliath scorpion was about to retreat, Levi sprang off the tavern's roof.

The sheer force of the leap resulted in a cascade of wind that almost blew Gypsy away. Only when she scrutinized, her dad was at the other side of the tavern.

"Did that guy just leap that high?, my wife was right, I really am drinking too much"

While in mid-air, the Goliath scorpion protruded its stingers towards Levi. Yet, Levi dodged by revolving himself up in mid-air and landing on his knee.

'Great.. the punch was wasted, let's try that again shall we?'

Levi bolted towards Goliath's scorpion, his fist ready to provoke a whole lot of damage. Unfortunately, the scorpion thrust an attack he never saw coming.

Boom..Boom..Boom..

'Since when does Scorpion shoot out stingers with stingers?'

'To my left'

Levi evaded the first stinger but left a damage of four feet underground.

'To my left again?'

He dodged again due to his instincts and aptitude. When he was close enough, Levi leaped and awaited with the finishing blow.

Baaam! Uurgh

However, when the scorpion propelled the main stinger, it was sent castigating Levi's stomach and mailing him back to the tavern. He slammed his back hard against the tavern's wood, leaving a bit of blood on Levi's lip.

A devious sinister grin constructed within Levi's lips.

"Now you've done it", Levi remarked, with a frantic and devious sinister grin creeping its way to his lips.

Booom!

The sheer force Levi used in bolting towards the Goliath scorpion, uprooted the basis of the tavern from it's core. The whole tavern's externals were demolished, likewise a sonic wave uprooting houses.

Levi reached the max terminus and punched out, while the Goliath scorpion waited and propelled his stinger at a full Nelson, to coalesce with Levi's fist.

'That man is a demon, what is he thinking?', thought the plastic arm man.

Baaam!

The collision of the fist and stinger resulted in a downpour of wind and splintered ground.

Levi's fist Of Gods incinerated the scorpion's stinger, the whole segmented stinger devastated like glass, almost like evaporating from its body. And gradually, it began turning dark purple dust, it was normal for anything the fist conquers.

As it has now been added to his collections of undead battalions.

"He did it?.. He did it, he did it, he killed that damn bastard"

The eye patch man yelled jovially, and everyone began to applaud as Levi walked towards the destroyed tavern.

'uh.. what is this they're doing, this sound the palms are causing, are they clapping? But for who? Me? Father never applause me'

'They're applauding for my success, hmm.. speaking of success, I should link my tower climb with Gypsy's', thought Levi.

"Well done Mr. Levi, you have avenged my daughter's Death"

"Yes Mr. Levi, you've also avenged my girlfriend's demise, I can bring more girls now.. hahaha"

Levi smiled as he began scratching the back of his hair, truth be told, he wasn't even paying attention to what they had said.

"Tell me, your dad is single right?", questioned the bartender.

Gypsy's eyes flared, not sure if she could answer such a question, anyways, she said what came to her lips, without thinking twice.

"Nope.. dad has two girlfriends, my mom and I"

'What..?', thought the bartender.

The bartender was taken aback, she took an ID card from her pocket and handed it over to Gypsy, with a few words.

"Well your mom isn't in the tower climb, so tell your dad to call me, if he needs someone to satisfy his manly desires, you certainly cannot do that, or can you?"

Gypsy took the card and stormed off, fleeing the bartender to attend to her tavern.

Meanwhile...

'I still have a long way to go, I must hurry before they start the invasion without me', thought Levi, but that thought was Short-lived when Gypsy interrupted him.

"What are you thinking Dad?"

"Uh? Oh, just thinking I don't have much time left before the demon invasion, I should be there to lead the undead troops to this world"

The words came out of Levi's mouth in a profound tone, but Gypsy was chuckling, thinking her dad must be trying to make her laugh with one of the mangas he had written.

'Now that I killed the tower number two boss, I should be heading to three, scorpion seemed to have gotten a new ability, I've never seen him project stingers, could it be all the demons adapted and somehow had an upgrade? I was lucky to have survived that punch, still hurts'

Levi thought, when he ricocheted at his bleeding fist, Gypsy was bandaging it already, she gently wrapped the white bandages around his wound. Levi's heart raced with Gypsy's gentle touch.

'Her palms are smooth, as well as her touch. I wonder why I didn't reincarnate as a woman instead', thought Levi, but was diverted by the bartender who came and sat nearby.

Although the tavern was demolished, however, the round wooden tables were still in good condition to sit. And it seems the tower climbers are waiting for the tavern to rebuild itself.

"That's a sweet girl you've got there, Mr. Levi"

"Oh, sorry for the destruction I caused while battling the demon"

"Pfft.. Don't fret, the woods were gotten within the borders of the tower, floor five, you'll see a lot of taverns there, maybe tents made of woods, what I'm trying to say is, that the tavern would revamp itself within a short time, magical right?"

Levi replied to the question with a slight smile. Minutes expired and Gypsy was already done bandaging his wound.

"We'll meet some other time, Mr. Levi", said the bartender with a smile.

Levi and Gypsy began to turn to dust, Gypsy's dust was that of red, while Levi's her face... Curse you time', Levi commented.

He cursed due to the fact, that it was at the time the bartender smiled, that he found out she ain't no ordinary beauty. The way her breast came up when she tucked her hands inside her short jeans, was finesse.

[Levi West And Gypsy West Have Been Ferried To Tower Number Three]

Unlike the first Tower climb which was deserted, with hardened ground and tall trees, the third climb had orchard trees and green grasses, though the grass wasn't everywhere, the climate was good, as well as windy.

Gypsy was quite surprised, how she got to tower number three was a bit incoherent for her, she was new to begin with. But her dad, on the other hand, wasn't, this was his prison anyway.

"Don't be surprised Gypsy, I had linked my success with yours, I killed the tower number two boss, which means I would be battling three, and I want you to stay close, so I linked my success with yours"

Levi elucidated. But he could sense something off within the girl's red eyes, at this angle, Levi noticed the girl had a striking resemblance with him.

'She's more pretty though, I'm a guy anyways', "Is something wrong Gypsy?", asked Levi.

"Huh.. not really, just thinking about the powers I would get when I arrive at tower number five, heard it gives powers"

Levi knew she was right, even with his villainous ideas, he knew humans would need a hand, but the powers depended on how strong you've climbed the previous stages, but, he noticed she stopped walking for some reason and did something he never thought he would have done.

"You haven't burnt the ID card she gave you?.. That's what bothering you, isn't it? You don't want to tell me about it, because you don't want me to remember about Mom?"

Gypsy lost her composure and stumbled backward momentarily, she wasn't sure how her dad had done such a thing, but to be honest, that was creepy.

Crunch!

Levi's and Gypsy's attention was stolen by a young enigma female. She was barely able to stand, as the trees were supporting her.

Looking closely, Gypsy noticed the girl was bleeding at her rib cage, her green shirt enveloped with blood. As well as her face bruised, and covered with a bit of her blonde hair.

"Cassandra?.. oh no she's hurt"

Gypsy quickly ran past Levi and caught up to the hearing aid of the girl.

"H..h..help me", the girl muttered and lost consciousness.
