Tower Goliath Scorpion

[You have now been ferried to the first Climb]

Levi docked a few seconds ago and just stood back as he watched the show unfolding inside the tower. The first floor was like a deserted zone with hardened ground and trees surrounding the habitat of the first climb.

A beautiful feminine, more like she was in her school uniform, her black long hair reaching her navy blue skirt. Levi hasn't seen her face yet.

However, he thinks her shape could cause him to give up his creed of erasing all the human genes.

And contrast the girl was a hideous demon, Levi was lucky to see someone fighting the boss, with this, that could mean he just needed to climb to tower number two. That's if the girl doesn't die.

With a loud thud, the feminine attained her footing. Having no room for exhaustion, she bolted towards the demon, a speed fast enough that Levi saw her in slow mode.

Her speed was provoking sonic booms, she darted behind the demon, and fast enough, before the demon could turn its torso, the enigma feminine had leaped and come at her from the front side.

'Her blade, where did she put her blade?', thought Levi, his astonishment grew when he saw what the girl was planning.

"This girl is smarter than she looks", Levi remarked.

Thud!

As she achieved a foot that left a crack in the lithosphere, the feminine dashed forward with her fist ready to make a blow.

Baaam!

However, the demon slammed her away like a rag doll, and she was sent flying into the air, at the sight of this, Levi leaped.

Meanwhile...

The demon heard a sound causing tides in the air, as it turned around, just like a knife cutting through butter, the blade which was put out by the girl stabbed inside her cranial, gushing out a pool of purple blood.

"Are you alright?", asked Levi, while holding the girl in bridal style, who thought she had fallen.

"Huh?.. I slew my first boss demon", Her foremost sight of view was the demon who fell dead and lifeless, and also the blade bonding at her cranial bone.

'Now that I'm holding her, she seems a bit familiar'

Seconds passed, and the girl veered around, only to see who she was hiding all this tower climbing from.

"Dad?... Oh no"

'Dad? Did she just call me Dad?.. Great, such a goddess cannot be my wife.. damn you nature'

Gypsy got off Levi's arms and stood out looking scared. She was anticipating Levi would shout at her, but since she didn't hear any form of scolding, she chose to speak instead.

"Dad I know you don't want me climbing the towers, but if I could get to tower number three, I would get the loot and help with the financial needs, please forgive me for disobeying your orders"

Levi just stood there, for him, there was nothing as awkward as this situation. He had just hit twenty before he found himself in this whole mess. And now someone is calling him dad.

"Well you can ascend the towers if you think that's good, just remember not to die.. and stay tight by my side"

'The girl was thinking about her home, unlike her father who', thought Levi, but it was short-lived when he received something he hadn't received in his entire life.

A hug.

'What is this? This is warm and I feel relaxed, "what is this called Gypsy?", Levi inquired out of his astonishment and curiosity.

"Just hugging you Dad... you supported my decision for the first time.. thanks a lot Dad", Gypsy responded, with a morsel of tear rolling down her cheeks.

Meanwhile.. a demon was heading down from tower number two for Gypsy.

Afterward, Levi and Gypsy docked at a perimeter where they saw a tavern, precisely a bar made of wood.

Getting inside the wooden bar, Levi saw some gathering of tower climbers having a drink, they had a handmade bar inside the tower. Humans and how they attract danger.

"Sup handsome, bringing your girlfriend to a tower climb?" asked the female bartender.

"I wish.. she happens to be my daughter, and she needs to hydrate herself, do you have any water?"

The bartender gave Levi a lustful gaze and brought a cup of water for Gypsy, who took it gently.

"Ever heard of the tower's Goliath scorpion?", asked the bartender.

"No, we haven't, what about it?"

Levi raised a question, but he was acting like he had no idea.

'Every demon inside the tower, and every boss, this was like a demon world prison, designed by a demon architect, and I, Levi, was the one who had caught every demon inside here, but Father was never pleased, he needed more'

"I heard the Goliath scorpion crushes and eats women a lot, especially Pretty ones like your daughter over there, some say it sniffs them out, that's why no one brings in a girl to a man's battle", said the bartender, still keeping her lustful gaze.

"I lost my girlfriend to that monster, we were twenty that night, and we still couldn't scratch the skin of that bastard", commented a random man nearby.

"Even I lost my child too, and my wife left me, I have tried killing it, that's how I've got a plastic arm and an eye patch, I punched it and my bones shattered right in front of me", another man chimed in his encounter."Almost like the stingers are Indestructible, but that should be in Tower number two", the man finished.

With the information given to them, Gypsy shut her eyes thinking, her dad would scold her and be like, I told you not to come to the tower, but you never listen.

Nevertheless, she felt Levi gently touch her hair and speak with a soothing and assuring voice.

"Don't worry Gypsy.. he would have to get through me to hurt you"

Gypsy's cheeks flushed red, hearing that honestly astonished her, everything about her current dad surprised her, his dress, how he got extra handsome, and the way he talked now, it was almost like another person had transmigrated inside her former dad's body.

"Something's coming."

Paying awareness to the random man who screamed, everyone got down, everyone excluding Levi, who scrutinized as the rooftop of the bar was uprooted by the stingers of Goliath scorpion.

It was like a typical scorpion, but bigger and taller, with six red glowing eyes. Black segmented bodies, and long legs, giving it height.

'That was fast, I shouldn't have to hunt you down, if I knew women lure you out', thought Levi with a plopped look.

The six eyes caught Gypsy as she hunkered down beside her dad. Everyone was cowering in corners, the bartender was already feeling pity for Levi.

"Damn, that guy is gonna lose his child too, she's even more pretty than my daughter, his wife's gonna bury him alive", said the cowering plastic arm man.

The demon finally got what it had been sniffing miles away, it came from Tower Number Two to find this scent. Leaving it's hemisphere and appearing here was unusual.

At a mad speed, the Goliath scorpion projected its stingers, at a speed that could crush the cranium of a human.

Baam!

The humongous stingers connected with a human for sure. It connected with Levi's shoulder. Levi stepped in and was unfazed by the fact that his shoulder was bleeding.

The sheer force of the impact left a crack underneath Levi's footwear.

'Let me prove to these men that think of you as a god, that you're nothing but a weakling' Thought Levi, unhurriedly, as a devious sinister grin crept its way to Levi's lips...
