Some light training

Minutes quickly passed and it was about to be one hour so I moved down off the mecha which at this point was just a bare head and torso there was no lems on it nor was it's armored shell this was easier for me to work on its internal problems like it desperately needed both a upgrade and replacements in wires and joints plus the system cooling in it was completely shot and the airports was melted open so if I took her out into space I wouldn't be able to breath with out my helmet and even with my helmet it wouldn't be long maybe 30 or so minutes but that was with breathing training luckily that was one if the first things I learned in my special forces tests besides this didn't even cover how badly damaged its outer shell was lets just say I will be fully remaking all of its armor plates that includes the face plate but I couldn't recycled it for some reason I felt it would be a waste so I simply put it in my room it probably had something to do with how my grandfather carved the image in the steal by hand and not with no machine that's probably y it looked so realistic but enough of my thoughts I shook my head before walking through the door that lead into the training room which wasn't very big about the size of a small dojo or gym on the left side of the room was 2 vr pods and on the right had gravity workout machines which was pretty intense but in the center of this room was used for sparing and sitting on there knees in the center of this room was Star her head was tilted down and her hands rested on her knees her laser sword resting on the ground in front of her she didn't look up or even acknowledge that I was there even when I walked up to her and bowed saying I am here as you asked elder she didn't move or anything seconds passed in silence but I didn't care I didn't move she finally responded with one word sit and sit I did but unlike her I sat down and crossed my legs I rested my hands on my knees but she didn't say anything else but I didn't mind I used this time to calm my mind and reach out to the Galaxy and everything that was in it I could sense everything from the walls to the vr pods to even the ship and Heavy who was flying it I could sense Star and she could sense me but it was odd when my senses washed over her the glow that showed the connection to the Galaxy was way stronger in her it was like comparing a small flame to a camp fire she glowed brightly in this space I had a idea so I tried sensing my self and it sort of worked I could sense my flame it wasn't as bright as Stars but still pretty bright but that's when I felt Star shift slightly and I heard her voice how fascinating your partner had a problem with this but you didn't even hesitate to sit down and meditate and your both known for not sitting still doing nothing so y did you do this I opened my eyes chuckling it is very true Helga and I don't seem to ever just sit down and do nothing there is always more work to do Helga is really bad with it but unlike her I have patience a hunter must be patient if he wishes to kill the predator and not become the pray it is very true ever sense I joined the Academy I hadn't stopped I always was somewhere doing something be it training or working on mechs but I had the patience and will power to deal with the other mechanics even when they was rude and tried to be forceful plus I not only focused on my Dex and Speed in my training but also my strength unlike Helga who wanted to just focus on strength I also had the patience to bide my time and wait to kill my stepfather and mother I waited till the right moment and I struck I took all the scolding yelling and beatings and not ones did I snap so you see Star when it comes to the waiting game I am one of the best she nodded I see good that's very good but your mind isn't everything when I heard that I cot a cold feeling I leaned back and a purple laser blade flow over me I rolled to the side kicking Star away from me I then kick flipped onto my feet my two hilts in hand I stared at Star who recovered fast she nodded at me good show me your skill child and like that she got into a odd fighting style she turned her body with her left leg extended out a bit she spun her purple laser sword and pointed the tip at me like she was about to thrust at me that's when I noticed the shape of her blade it was circle and not straight how intriguing I thought I activated my blades on training mode I spun them as I turned on a song that I started to sing along with in my head there will be no mind reading here but I doubted she could read my moves in that way sense I don't think about my moves there ingrand in my body and soul so I didn't need to think well shall we dance elder I asked chuckling she didn't respond with her words but with actions she lunched forward thrusting at me she was a blear but luckily speed was my shit so I easily deflected her sword to the side the second are two weapons touched each other lightning sparked off them but I didn't let the light show detract me I swung my other sword at her but she spun under it but I wasn't done I then pushed down on her sword which forced her hands to the side so she was wide open or that's what I thought but when I swung down at her but she was able to move her right hand in the way and appearing over her gauntlet was a small blue shield sparks danced around up she pushed up on her shield which moved my left arm up the then thrust at my left side but she forgot I had another blade I swung down making her sword away I then bright down my left and swinging my sword but she blocked it with her shield I thrust my other hand out using the gift of the Galaxy to push her back she slid back but stopped fast enough she was breathing hard and she want to one knee I was feeling great I started to bounce on the balls of my feet saying tired elder we can stop herrrr but before I could finish she shot forward at me faster then before her blade thrusting at my chest but I wasn't surprised I had a feeling she was bluffing so I was ready I deflected her sword to the side and m other was at her throat yield I asked calmly she chuckled nodding yes I yield and age deactivated her weapon I nodded and did the same she laughed happily yep your differently a Dragny your partner let down her guard when I did that to here but not you Dragnys never let down your guard till the enemy is dead or surrenders and even then your still cautious but if I may ask what gave me away I shrugged I had a feeling my instincts was screaming at me not to let down my guard and I always listen to my instances besides there was no way you would be winded from that I might not have seen you fight but your also a leviathan and a elder at that you can fool many but not me I have seen how you walk not only that I sensed your fire she laughed nodded yep your definitely Silverea blood gods I love this family its never but right then Heavy came over the speakers I don't mean to interrupt your training Elder Star but Fang is asking for a meeting he has orders for us she nodded ok Heavy be there shortly and like that we walked out of the training room and headed towards him.
