<Sone Shinji POV>

'This is a lot easier than I thought…The plan might not go as expected'

The dragon is supposed to weaken them, maybe kill one or two before it dies and I would have my men steal the loot.

There are 13 people waiting in the forest for my signal, each of them have around A-ranked strength.

Hmm...I guess I have to 'accidentally' make some mistake.

But that person over there is giving me a bad feeling, he has been standing still while watching the fight.

Whatever, he's only an A rank, nothing can go wrong...

Suddenly, my teigu start vibrating, this shows that the condition has been met.

'Something bad is going to happen!'

No one knew this but my teigu can only be activated when I'm about to die, more specifically, in the next 10 seconds.

It had saved me many times in the past, especially that one time against that blue-haired demon.

Just thinking about it gives me chills.

I activated my teigu as time seemed to freeze and a screen appeared in front of me. It starts playing the scene of the next 10 seconds.

The screen then disappeared and time started moving normally.

I start accelerating toward the exit as fast as possible.

'RUN!RUN!RUN!'

It was the only thing in my head, no, it was the only thing I could think of.

Nothing else matters except for my life, who cares about the plan anymore

'I don't want to die!'

<Narrator POV>

"MAKE THE STRONGEST SHIELD YOU CAN RIGHT NOW!"

Yuuto yelled at the priest (the person with the staff)

"Eh? Why should I listen to y--"

"JUST DO IT!" (Not sponsored by Nike btw)

Yuuto released pressure as he yelled again.

"Y-yes!"

He felt like he was talking to a giant dragon, somehow seeming scarier than a real dragon.

'Who the heck is this A rank? I could tell that he at least been through a thousand battles to gain that type of pressure' He wondered in his mind as he started forming a shield using holy energy with his prayer.

"Hahaha! Humans, to think you could force me to use my ultimate move again! Congratulations! As a gift, let me send you to the afterworld!" The dragon spoke, but only Yuuto could hear it.

He knew that his ability had something to do with the rain but his instinct is telling him that it wouldn't be something so simple.

The 1st raindrop fell down as time seemed to have slowed down. When it touches the ground, the grasses start drying as the ground begins to disintegrate.

There was now a big chunk of missing space in that spot and smoke coming off of the missing space.

Yuuto could feel what was happening inside the water. The water molecules were moving at an extremely fast pace inside the water causing it to heat up.

This requires a tremendous amount of control over water. Yuuto could easily control rain but he can't control every single molecule inside a drop of water like the dragon.

At this pace, maybe 10 seconds later, everything around here would already be gone.

That shows how scary this ability was.

Asuna and Takeshi clearly saw what happened, they thought that they were going to die.

If a single drop of rain can do that much then, what about the next thousands of drops?

They were standing out in the open, in any second, they could instantly die without knowing.

Both of them then felt a hand on their shoulder before disappearing. They then appeared inside the shield that the priest made with everyone else.

Yuuto held his hand against his left eye as it started bleeding.

"Wha--"

Yuuto then interrupted Takeshi from talking.

"Before you start asking any question, we have a bigger problem to deal with"

Everyone looked at the dragon.

"Eh…"

Asuna paused for a moment, she just realized that she never got his name.

"Do you think you can teleport us out of here?" She asked awkwardly

"Not everyone"

Yuuto shakes his head.

Sadly, he couldn't just warp everyone out of here and be safe. He wasn't able to do it since he had to teleport everyone else with him.

Everyone naturally noticed his choice of word, 'not everyone' meant that he could at least take a person with him.

"What do you want!? I give you anything! Just take me out of here!" Shinji begged Yuuto

"How shameless can you be!?" Takeshi yelled.

He raised his hand ready to punch Shinji but Asuna stopped him.

"Hey guys, umm... I don't think I can hold the shield for more than 2 minutes"

They started thinking about ways to survive

Yuuto looked through the system shop for anything that could help him get out of this situation.

He couldn't find anything that he could afford. His last hope was on the mysterious shop and he found it.

'Yes! I could use that, but I only have 1 chance at this'

"Humans! Don't think you can hide forever!"

All the rain starts to combine into a big water sphere.

It slowly grows bigger every second.

"DIE!"

As the sphere came toward them, a small pill appeared on Yuuto's hand.

Just as everyone thought they were about to die, the sphere suddenly stopped midair and started going toward the dragon instead.

The skill that he copied was {Aquakinesis}, a skill he already has.

It was a risk but it seemed like it worked, having two is always better than having one.

"Im--impossible!"

The dragon tried it hardest to push the water back but it didn't work.

To others it might seem like the water sphere is moving really slowly but it is actually an intense battle between the two trying to take control of it.

The dragon knew it was losing so it decided to escape.

"Like I will let you!"

Takeshi creates a thick earth wall to block the dragon from escaping.

"Get out of the way!"

The dragon smashed through the earth wall but the moment it did, rain of arrows started falling down from the sky.

Bloods dripped down from the dragon body from all the arrows, but it still wasn't dead.

Asuna leaped up in front of its head, light particles started gathering toward her rapier as it glowed.

A blinding light appeared as she stabbed the dragon.

The dragon roared in anger as it pushed Asuna away.

"I'm still not done yet" Yuuto muttered

He activates his mangekyou sharingan left eye ability.

The sky distorted as many swords came out.

The dragon didn't care about the sword as it started flying, why? Because those are normal swords, it wouldn't be able to make a single scratch on the skin.

As the dragon got closer to the sword, it started noticing something dangerous coming from the sword.

"Too late"

Yuuto clenched his fist as the sword swiftly pierced through the dragon.

Since he couldn't just send water toward the dragon normally or else it would notice and dodge it, he concealed the water on the sword instead.

He was just returning the favor since the dragon gave him rain, he did the same but with a little addition of swords.

Rain vs Rain of sword… same thing.

The dragon corpse fell down from the sky and hit the ground.

.

"We did it…?"

"YES! WE DID IT!"

"YEA!"

Everyone celebrated except for Yuuto.

He was wondering why he was able to understand dragon language.

Well it doesn't matter anymore since the dragon is already dead.

*Ding*
