When Arthur blacked out:

Immediately Arthur blacked out, he was covered in a red cocoon of energy making him float slightly, this red cocoon of energy did not cause any reaction until the next morning when a maid came to knock on Arthur's door for breakfast and seeing him not answering, the maid opened the door and seeing the red cocoon of energy in the room, she freaked out and screamed, when she screamed, it caused two things to happen, one it alerted Arthur parents in the upstairs dining room and secondly it caused a reaction with the red cocoon causing it to shine brightly and release thick wisp of the red energy.

Arthur parents and sister all rushed to the source of the scream wondering what was going on but when they saw Arthur they too screamed and that also caused the cocoon of energy to rise higher and release dangerous wisp of energy and sending out very high energy fluctuation alerting all the world powers.

NICK FURY'S OFFICE

Nick Fury was in his office sorting through files when he heard an urgent knock at his door, "enter" he said, and the door opened showing Agent Maria Hill at the door, she hurriedly entered and saluted to Fury then said "Sir, our systems just registered a very high energy fluctuations and according to the system readings this energy is countless times higher than the most powerful Atomic bomb ever made".

"WHAT!!" Fury exclaimed and said "How is this possible and have you registered where this energy signature is coming from," "Ah yes sir, it was coming from the Queens Palace, Prince Arthur's wing specifically sir" Hill replied.

"Now, this is very troublesome, what can be happening in that palace and I can go to investigate rashly or Shield will be eradicated" Nick fury said with a sigh, "well then prepare a car for me, we are going to visit the Queens Estate with a nice approach" said Fury.

"Yes sir" replied Agent Hill then walked out of the office. After she walked out of his office, Nick Fury sighed and said "I wonder what can be happening in that palace now".

Charles(restless): Jean, Logan, Storm, Beast, ready the Blackbird, let's head to the Queens palace, there is a very strong energy fluctuations there and it may be dangerous for the Queen family.

Storm: Professor, seeing as you are this restless, how strong is this energy exactly.

Charles: It is way stronger than Jean, it makes Jean above Omega level energy fluctuations look like a dying flame next to a nuclear bomb.

Jean (Terrified): Professor is the energy the cause of this, because I am feeling suppressed and terrified down to my bone.

Charles: (It seems that this energy is stronger than I expected, since even the cosmic entity inside Jean is so terrified and feeling suppressed).

????: Sir Magneto, I am sensing a very high output of powerful energy, way higher than that of Jean Grey.

Magneto: Callisto, where is this powerful energy coming from exactly.

Callisto: Sir, it's in the Queens Estate and specifically Prince Arthur's wing of the palace.

Magneto: Then, forget it, no matter how powerful the energy you sense even if it is world destroying or universe destroying and it is coming from any place related to the Queens, only tell me but we will never go.

A Random Scientist barged into King T'chaka's throne room hurriedly has he is having a meeting with his council.

King T'chaka: How dare you barge into the throne room when there is a meeting going on and what got you worried that you will forgo respect and hurry into the throne room.

R. Scientist: I am very sorry my king, but this is an urgent matter and if I dare more important than the meeting my king.

King T'chaka: If you think the matter is that important then tell me but I warn you if it is not important you will be thrown into the dungeon for a year.

R. Scientist: I understand my king, but our computers just registered a ridiculously high level of energy that seems to be a mix of mutant energy and the energy that radiates off Vibranium and another unknown energy signature my king.

King T'chaka: While that's worrying, that can still wait till after the meeting.

R. Scientist: No my king, the worrying matter is the source of the energy.

King T'chaka: Ok then tell me where the source of this energy is from.

R. Scientist: Sir, it originated from the Queens palace, Prince Arthur's wing.

King T'chaka: Well that's worrying and worst of all we can't send someone to investigate or we risk destruction at the hands of the Queens family.

So do not investigate on this matter.

All the rest of high powers from Kamar Taj, Kulun mountain, Inhumans, and Atlantis all felt the massive energy and knew that the world is about to change.

Three years later:

It has been three years since Arthur was in the cocoon and many world powers have come to investigate but they have all been sent out without failure and the Inhumans and Atlantis people that were able to sneak through among all the chaos when they approached they were all attacked by the wisp of energy and either reduced to a husk or disintegrated.

On this day the energy reading got from the cocoon was the highest ever, directly destroying the wing in which Arthur resides leaving only the walls and bed of Arthur room and on this day,

ARTHUR AWOKE....

A/N: some of you may wonder why Arthur is being called a prince and my explanation is that I have two reasons, one it's look cool added to his name and two their family has complete authority and assume a monarchical rule over Queens (city), so he is also called a prince.
