Chapter 26 The Outlaws

After their chat Kai and Jin continued to walk till they arrived at the shabby streets of the lawless zone. "So what exactly are we doing here?" Kai asked as he looked around.

Within the streets and alleys, one could see various ragged pirates and outlaws, each one scanning the 2 new arrivals. "Well, don't you want to form the Yakuza?" Jin asked as he came to a stop.

"Wasn't that my whole plan?" Kai stated. "Then a show of power must come first." Jin said as he began to activate One For All. 'Golden Justice!' Jin thought as the Eye of Solomon appeared between his brows.

"What are you going to do?" Kai asked with some apprehension. "Nothing much." Jin said as he raised his hand above his head with his palm facing the sky.

"Who's the new guy?"

"I've never seen him around before?"

"Oh and look at that bird faced dude."

The outlaws said one by one as they looked at Jin with various wants, some wanted to beat them up some wanted to know who they were, others wanted to sell them as slaves. Seeing this Jin smirked.

'First I need money then power, then again, why can't I get them both in one fell swoop.' Jin thought as air began accumulating in his palm. "What are you doing? This, this isn't your quirk." Kai asked as he looked at Jin with caution.

"No it isn't, oh, and I suggest you stand back." Jin said as the air seemed to have reached its maximum. Seeing this Kai immediately took off a glove and dashed back.

"My name is Jin Jahan and from now on my partner, Kai and I will be the Leaders of the Yakuza!" Jin shouted as he pulled his arm down before jumping into the air creating a massive crater.

"Oh my god, what the fuck is he doing?!"

"The hell!?"

"Shit is that man insane?!"

The outlaws exclaimed as Jin who was now in the sky aimed his palm at a downward angle. "Power test 1!" Jin shouted as he shot out his arm along with the mass of air.

"SSHH! BOOM! BOOM!"

Immediately the people down below were blown away and the very wind from Jin's punch destroyed various buildings.

After the disgustingly strong punch, the people on the ground began to look up to see where Jin was, but he disappeared. Even Kai who was now on the floor was dumbfounded. 'His power was never so high before.' Kai thought as he gulped a bit. 'I guess betraying him is out of the window.' Kai thought again as he got up.

"Where the hell did he go." Kai mumbled in some annoyance after dusting himself off. Little did he know that currently, Jin was hurtling through the air.

'Shit I didn't account for the recoil!' Jin thought as he flew through the air, soon he stopped himself though as he elbowed behind himself at high force to stop his momentum.

Due to this, he began to fall but he simply put both his palms behind him as he began to let out bursts of air. 'Bakugo may be an ass hole but he did have a brilliant way of getting around.' Jin thought as he blasted through the top of the mangrove trees and back into the street where Kai was.

"I am back." He said as he landed. "You insane bastard." Kai said as he looked at him in annoyance. "Okay, I am sorry, anyway establish your Yakuza now." Jin laughed as he patted him on the back.

"Tch, well anyways." Kai said before walking forward. "I am sure all of you saw my partner's strength, so I won't mince my words. You can either join us or die, it's not like we won't provide anything though, we'll protect you and unite you, that way you won't have to fear anyone." Kai said as he began to make various hand gestures.

Hearing this the outlaws weren't impressed. "Hmph! So what if your partner is strong? You might just be a shitty bird face." An outlaw with no fear said as he stepped out.

"Don't kill him." Jin whispered as Kai nodded. "I hate dirty things." Kai said as he walked towards the outlaw. "Oh do you? Well, you're about to become a mess yourself!" The outlaw said as he dashed towards Kai as he slashed his saber.

Seeing this Kai's pupils narrowed as he dodged to the side. 'I see what he means now, even a thug has such speed, and with no quirk even.' Kai thought as the saber narrowly missed him.

After that Kai immediately lunged towards the outlaw and tapped him. Immediately the outlaw disassembled and then reassembled. "GAHHH!" He screamed as he fell onto the floor.

"Disgusting." Kai said as he wiped his finger before putting his glove back on. "W-What was that!?" An outlaw said in fear.

"You've seen my power and my partner's, now you can join or die. It's your choice." Kai said as he looked at them.

"T-They can't take all of us!" One of the outlaws said, but before he could even rally the others the outlaw which had attacked Kai stood up. "STOP! I-It's useless, give up guys." The outlaw said as he got up wearily.

"I give up." He said as he walked towards Kai. Seeing this Kai took of a glove. "Tch, go back and wait next to my partner." Kai said as he tapped his arm. 'Fuck me!' The outlaw thought as he looked at Kai in fear, but suddenly he was disassembled and reassembled.

This time though all his defects were fixed and he looked much better than before, he even felt great. "Thank you, boss!" The outlaw said as he immediately bowed. "Tch go back." Kai said as he wiped his finger again. "Yes, boss!" The outlaw said before going back.

"Did he just improve that guy?"

"What did he do?"

"He looks much better now than before as well."

They said one after the other, and soon they began to walk towards Kai. "If you want to join line up, and before any of you get any bright ideas of escaping, enclose!" Kai said as he put his hand down. Immediately the ground disassembled as it began to reform, creating a dome around the area.

Seeing this the outlaws didn't resist and simply joined, it benefited them anyway. After a few minutes, all of the outlaws had been integrated into the group. "Oh and if any of you betray us, your heart will go boom." Kai said as he opened up the dome.

Hearing this the outlaws shivered but simply followed along. "So what are we doing first, boss?" An outlaw asked. Before Kai could answer though, Jin intervened. "We're going to rob some pirates." Jin said as he began to walk forward.

"You heard the man, onward." Kai said as he began to walk along with Jin.
