Lucifer hadn't lost all his knowledge of his mother tongue so he could still tell what they were saying; plus it was just basic Spanish.

Pedro was an average teenager; he took the bags from Dagger and led him to his room.

The halls of the inn clearly showed it was long due for some maintenance. The paint was peeling and the floor had holes in it. Lucifer's room on the other hand looked better than the building. It seemed that the rooms were well kept.

Pedro kept Lucifer 's bags at the foot of his bed and asked if there was anything else he needed. Of course Lucifer asked if he could get some good whiskey anywhere around and Pedro was happy to help.
