It's Business
Previously:
"I would be a little nicer if I were you," the man grinned, glaring at her, "And wipe that glare off your face. You are lucky boss is not the one that came today."
And she really was lucky. If the loan shark boss had come, he would have grabbed her by the neck and started choking her for a bit. He would have only released her if he saw that she was about to slip into unconsciousness.
"Anyway, to answer your question, I am here on official business," the man continued, "I know you did pay us last month, but come take a look at this."
The man threw a white envelope on the small table in front of him. Although reluctant, she stared at the envelope, walked to the table, and picked it up. The other two men snickered.
