Thank you for reading my fanfiction novel. I'd like to clarify a few things in this chapter, so that if and when you see something in the novel that doesn't make sense compared to what's written in lore,
1. I am NOT deeply knowledgeable when it comes to the Star Wars lore. I've only watched all seven Skywalker saga films, played a bit of SWTOR, and some other games.
It may seem crazy that I'm writing about something I know very little about, but I did research from various sources, including Wookieepedia, YouTube, written books such as "The Jedi Path," and so forth.
Although I'm ignorant of the lore, I'm trying to learn more about it every day. I'm always happy to learn, so if you see something that could've been added earlier or in the future, please don't hesitate to comment.
While I say this, my novel will take place over a certain time period, and the timeline will slowly start to change from there. There will be instances and events that are new and separate from the lore, and that's the purpose.
Also, I want to mention that although I gathered information from these sources, I will be tweaking it to fit my story better. However, it should all still feel relatively similar to the SWU that we all know and love.
2. The start of my fanfiction novel takes place around 4000 - 3000 BBY (BBY = Before the Battle of Yavin. The battle of Yavin is when, over the moon of Yavin IV, Luke shot a torpedo at the Death Star's exhaust port).
Basically, the novel is set in the Old Republic era (20,053 BBY - 1,000 BBY), way before the High Republic (around 500 BBY - 82 BBY), and before the first film of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, (32 BBY - Present). | source: Wookeepedia.
3. The main character, Madison, is a reincarnator from Earth. She reincarnates as a baby, becoming Halan Kanjen. She is a human female with white hair and sky-blue eyes. She later becomes a Jedi initiate and starts her life as a Jedi.
4. The story is a slice of life. You'll see Halan's life as an initiate, a padawan, a knight, and possibly a master, and because of this, the fanfiction novel will be very, very long. However, don't let that deter you, as there will be a lot of interesting moments, such as learning in academies, fighting epic battles and wars, heart-warming romance, and survival.
5. This novel does contain mature content and is written for people ages 18 and up. There will be lemon scenes, though those won't be until later in the story.
Just to let you know, the romance is with Yuri, and there is NOT a harem. Just two strong women who love each other. (Note: I do understand the Jedi are forbidden to form attachments, such as relationships with love. However, Halan will be a bit different than most Jedi. If you're curious, just read and find out later).
6. There will be no systems or hardcore cheats. Halan will be strong—very freaking strong—but things will not be handed to her; she has to work for her strength. Plot armor will be kept to a minimum, so serious shit will happen if she is not careful.
