"When you do find the truth about what you were so curious about you will always regret wanting to find the truth. This is a true story about life and love. Where there is love there is betrayal" I keep remembering all these quotes or would I call them sayings. What does this mean?

What I can get from it is that you should always know the truth.

There are two sides to every story.

But what is love without pain?

I really need to re-evaluate my life.

I have been living a life without color. That's sad.

Ironic, I want to be a human but human lives aren't also easy.

Being a wolf is hard.

Most especially when you have secrets that can cause a war.

How does it feel to cause someone's death?

It is terrifying, I will tell you all about that later.

Time to re-evaluate my life on recent occurrences.

"Okay let's see what I just found out, I am Vincent's mate. I am in his house in his bedroom I think and they are hiding something from me, they always hide things form me so I shouldn't be surprised at this moment. Wow, my life couldn't get any worse" I mumble sarcastically to my self.

"Or better" Ife butts in.

"Why does my life have to be so complicated?" I asked her. She seems to know more than I do, she does. She has a connection with the moon goddess, only a few wolves have that.

"Well it started the day you were born," Ife starts off.

Um, what is she talking about?

"What do you mean?" I ask filled with curiosity.

"You see you are a white wolf," she says like that statement will make me understand life.

So frustrating, I'm just overly dramatic.

I am still confused.

"What does being a white wolf have to do with this?" I asked again.

"Well white wolves are rare, they are pretty much non-existent. And as you know a taboo in your community since they relate white wolves to brutal. conquers but they are not wrong. You know that you are the last one and have the power to destroy continents. And people.

You can bring the locked gods back to life but you can't do it till you're older.

And the only person that can help is being with purple eyes. You can only release a few but we will get to it later.

Now why I will ask you do you think Vincent is your mate? He is the only one more powerful than you on this planet. The only one who can contain your power.

And if someone finds out and knows how powerful you are, then your life is in danger. More danger than it already is for being African royalty.

The only way they can get that power is if they mate with you or if they extract all your blood and leave you lifeless. Your blood holds power. That's why you have never had your period. If your blood gets drained then all hope is lost.

Even though that hadn't happened you can still have kids.

Ife is a very caring wolf.

She gives me the ability to shift and makes me stronger, better, and definitely faster than humans. Humans are too slow when compared to we wolves, she also explains things better than everyone else.

Humans, get to choose who they love which is honestly confusing, and I would love that, the trial and error process.

But I like trying and failing, you learn from your mistakes and you know what not to do in your next try.

Life is filled with ups and downs.

Wait that means heartbreak. Never mind.

But what is heartbreak since no one has the right to break the heart of someone who isn't theirs?

Ugh! Can I ever understand life? Nah

"Wait what you mean by if I mate with someone they get my power. What happens if Vincent and I mate, which is never going to happen, Wait, so will he attempt to take my life? These people are surely known for killing!" I say finally listening and partially understanding what she was saying.

And mating will have a part in this, that makes you immortal. You will rule the underworld with him till your child decides to rule." She explains this to me and I fully understand her now.

I actually don't.

"Can you explain that last part one last time?" I ask her and she sighs.

"Okay, this is the last time."

After that, she doesn't say a thing and keeps quiet after her vast explanation, leaving me with my thoughts.

Aren't they meant to be done with the meeting?

I really am bored.

I wonder what the meeting is about, there was a lot of shouting. I hope nothing is wrong with my dad. Why do I care? He sold me.

I overheard his conversation with his beta back home. He was planning to trade me for their iniquities.

Even though I ended up being sold to my mate, what if Vincent was not my mate or it was a different pack.

I have already planned a future with Vincent. A future of no mate.

I need to reject him. But by rejecting him I am putting myself in danger. More danger than staying here.

I don't really want to do it but I don't want Vincent, I don't want anyone of them to be my mate. I don't

even know what I want anymore.

My parents aren't happy together and I don't know what love is. I really want to help myself and find out what love is but I just don't want to go through the heartbreak. I want to feel real love, maybe Vincent can give me love.

But is there really heartbreak when it comes to love?

Love is all about learning. And love never fails. If it fails then it wasn't loving.

I tripped on something.

Woah! I finally realize I haven't even admired his room.

I have been here for hours!

Then I take time to admire the room. Vincent's room is really beautiful. I expected everywhere to be all black, Vincent looks like the brooding type and he has an aura of don't talk to me. But I was wrong, it is blue and white. The king-size bed is in the center of the room. Then there is a pattern at the frontier of a particular door, it has the painting of blue leaves turning to purple and the background was white. I open the door and everywhere is purple. I'm in his bathroom it looks purple and is that glass? I close that door and open another. It is a walk-in closet and half of the closet was filled with feminine outfits. The dresses and shoes are all my sizes and even the underwear and I wondered how they knew what my underwear size is?

Very creepy.

They even got my style right! Now I understand why my dad told me to bring a few outfits. I didn't listen to him.

Oh wait, they were planning to sell me. Obviously, they would have been informed of my sizes.

"Are you done admiring my room?" Vincent asks startling me a little.

"Yes I am" but since I am your mate shouldn't it be our room? I really wanted to add that to my reply. But then I don't want him to think that I am suddenly in love with him after seeing his wealth.

"Vincent?" I start off, "I really like your room," I say to him.

"Thank you" he replies.

"It has that artsy feeling it's so welcoming I just love it, wow" I mutter to me

"It does " that is what I was saying. Oops, I forgot about wolf hearing.

"Hmm, are you the one that designed it?" I inquired from Vincent.

"No, but I contributed to the person who made it, I mean I helped the person," he says to me.

"So who designed it?" I asked curiously.

"My sister" he bluntly says.

Rude.

"Oh, Sidney!" I said when realization dawned on me. He denies that fact.

"Then who?" I asked.

"My younger sister." He says. I didn't know the Hades family had three kids. Everyone said it was two.

Well not everyone knows the truth. This family has a lot of secrets.

"What is her name?" I ask curiously.

"Elizabeth." He replies.

Pretty name.

But why is she not talked about?

I will have to find that out soon.
