Hydra and Ancient Magic

Last time:

Yue had yet another question seeing the portal appear out of nowhere but held it back for now. Soon they all entered while Shizuku carried Yue, who still hadn't gotten use to supporting herself after 300 years of no movement. They spent a week filling in Yue on who they were and her other questions, learning more magic and discovering her abilities. They then set out to yet again finish their conquest of the Labyrinth.

Over the time spent in the dimension Yue's feelings for Akio had developed further. Somewhere within the week she had even made a blood pact with Akio allowing her to get the most benefits from sucking his blood. She took advantage of this to suck his blood nearly every hour, and if Akio didn't have infinite regeneration he would have been sucked dry long ago. Yue had grown more clingy to Akio, she would often be seen sitting on his lap or hugging him from behind. Shizuku, Kaori and Komi slowly got used to this, and with some reluctance they accepted the fact that she would be joining the harem soon enough, a claim that Akio couldn't deny.

Nightly activities also became a bit more complicated. Yue had developed a tendency to slightly open the door and peak at the four going at it. She had to try her hardest to not burst in the room and join in on the action. Akio felt complicated about this, and had half the mind to stop her before ultimately letting her be.

Aside from the complications of Yue's peeping, she had gotten along really well with Akio's lovers. Even Komi had warmed up to her a little even going out of her way to greet her whenever their path's crossed. Yue had tried helping the girls with their studying of magic, however her nonsensical explanations only served to confuse them. After a serious effort to understand her and failing they gave up, instead going back to their manuals, to the dismay of Yue. Thats how they spent the week in the dimension before continuing the conquest.

A week later they had finally reached the end of the labyrinth. What stood before them was a long hallway with multiple pillars spanning across both sides of the room. At the end of the room was a simple door. "This is it, this should be the last floor before whatever's waiting on the other side is revealed." Shizuku words were laced with excitement at finally reaching the end.

Akio had stumbled upon this while looking for ways to earn points easily through the system. The role of the soul canister was to as it's name suggest collect and store souls. Akio had scrolled through the list seeing that he could buy souls from creatures of high power for a substantial amount of money. He remembering the time when he sold his sharingan and came up with the bright idea of storing the souls of monsters and then selling them through his system. With this new method of earning points Akio easily thought of a way to take full advantage of it.

He had found out before how the respawn feature of the labyrinth worked. When a challenger enters a room the labyrinth will automatically scan the person's soul to see if they had completed the room already, similar to how the magic circle that would impart knowledge of ancient magic worked. If the labyrinth detected that the person didn't complete the room the boss monster would automatically be spawned for them to face, this was also the case if the labyrinth failed to scan the challengers soul. This feature was added to keep people from skipping rooms as a result of a mistake in scanning. (A/N: This is as far as I know complete bullshit, but could also be how it works, in which case I will give myself a pat on the back.)

Using this Akio would repeatedly kill the hydra, collect it's soul before going back to the entrance before doing it all over again. Easy profit with not much work to be done.

Akio grinned at the genius of his plan. "I'll leave this fight to you guys". Akio again played the spectator not wanting their final battle to be ruined by him annihilating the hydra instantly. Akio flew up in the air while the girls including Yue stepped further into the room. When they had walked close enough a huge magic circle appeared before a hydra emerged, it had six heads all of them a different color and all of them contributing a different part to the whole. The girl's didn't even flinch at their foe, their two weeks of intense battle molded them into perfect warriors.

Suddenly the red head of the hydra shot out a fireball in the direction of the girls. They all quickly reacted easily moving away from the impact point. Komi shot out a wave of corrosion, an attack she had developed to hit multiple opponents all at once. The corrosion hit all six heads causing them to roar in pain as their scales were weakened and falling apart. The white head quickly rushed to use it's healing. The scales were regenerated but the corrosion still continued to work, undoing all of the whites efforts.

"White is a healer, red, blue and green work as elemental attackers, black does physical attacks and yellow defends. They work extremely well no wonder their the last boss." Kaori conveyed her findings to her teammates surprised at the hydras abilities. All of the opponents they have faced so far were monsters with no intellect and who worked independently. This gave them a new experience of fighting something that actually had a brain.

Komi and Shizuku who heard Kaori both immediately worked in conjunction to take out white and yellow. Yue and Kaori worked on keeping the attention of all the attackers long enough for Shizuku and Komi to finish.

Komi while in the middle of running sent another wave of corrosion at the white head before immediately jumping up and throwing a hard punch at the yellow head knocking it's head on the floor. This gave Shizuku the opening she needed to instantly teleport in front of the white head and swing her katana at it.

Shizuku's strength had increased a lot allowing her to effectively cut the white head off completely from the hydra. With the white head down Komi's corrosion started completely dismantling the armor of the Hydra. Kaori seeing this used her short swords before slicing at the neck of the green head, which was enough to put it down. Yue casted a wind spell that bisected the blue one, before the black one came in front of her. It's eyes glowed purple staring into the eyes of Yue. Before she knew it she was standing in the same place she was trapped for three centuries.

"Is that me"

She took notice of the blond girl trapped in the cube, a blank look on her face as if she had lost all hope. When she reached out her hand to touch the familiar girl her hands turned into particles. Her point of view changed to that of the girl in the stone. She was greeted by the sight of Akio, Kaori, Komi and Shizuku all with their backs to her slowly leaving her behind. She spoke the name of her savior, despair reaching her heart at the thought of being abandoned again.

"Akio?"

"Akio"

"AKIO!"

She muttered his name, the same way she had done when they first met, only this time her words were laced with dread instead of the hope she had before. He didn't turn around however as he and his lovers kept walking to the exit before the door was shut and she was yet again alone.

"No, please come back NOO, dont leave me alone, PLEASE NO." Tears rolled down her face as she cried out for him.

Outside of the illusion:

Akio taking note of Yue who wasn't moving in front of the hydra used his immense speed to scoop of Yue and completely obliterate the black head. He returned to his original position holding Yue in his arms as his lovers finished off their battle.

"Yue, Yue, YUE" Akio shouted out to Yue who finally snapped back to consciousness and upon seeing Akio immediately cried. She wrapped her arms around his neck before burying her head in his chest. "I thought you abandoned me, I thought you left me just like my uncle did. I was scared I don't wanna be alone anymore, I don't want you to leave me." Yue continued crying and sobbing into Akio's shirt staining it with her tears. Akio wrapped one hand around her waist while the other patted her head in consultation. "It was just an illusion, I'm here and I haven't abandoned you." Akio's gentle words were enough to give Yue a sense of relief. Slowly she backed her head away from his chest, her tears still running down her face. "You promise you won't leave me" Yue questioned with a hopeful look as she wiped the tears from her eyes, this combined with her small stature gave her the appearance of a little kid crying over dropped ice cream. Akio deciding not to use words stopped patting her head and used that hand to gently hold up her head, he then proceeded to kiss her. The kiss wasn't deep and had no tongue, but it did it's purpose of showing Yue that he already saw her as special and he wouldn't leave her. Yue blushed when their faces parted before her face quickly formed a smile and she wrapped her arms and legs around Akio and buried her head back into his chest nuzzling her face into it trying to go deeper into him. "Akio.. Akio.. Akio.. I LOVE YOU AKIO.." Yue shouted her love for the world to hear while she continued to hold Akio in a vice grip.

Komi, Kaori and Shizuku having finished their fight were greeted with the comical scene of a beautiful blond vampire wrapping herself around a extremely handsome white haired, yellow eyed man, all while this same man was floating in the air. The three couldn't help but laugh at the scene before Kaori and Komi started walking towards Akio and Yue.

Shizuku sighed "It was only a matter of time before she joined us". Her expression didn't last long however as quickly it changed into a happy smile. "Well I can't say I'm mad at this development" after muttering that to herself she quickly ran up to catch up with Kaori and Komi who were now with Akio and Yue, the former who was hugging Yue and saying her congratulations and acceptance of her new sister, while the latter was hugging Akio while also stammering out her congratulations.

Soon Akio and his now four lovers walked towards the door that led to the the place that held Oscars 'Creation magic', with Yue still clinging onto Akio.

When the doors were opened, and they took a step in the scene they were greeted to was one that simply didn't belong where they were. What they saw was a path that lead to a 3 story house which sat in front of a mountain, with waterfalls coming out from multiple points. The path was decorated with lamppost and on the outer sides of the path were fields of crops. The five walked down the path leading to the house, they checked the whole place and saw standard rooms like a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. They also saw tailor made rooms like armory, study and Smithing rooms filled with all kinds of weapons, metals, books and magic tools.

"Hey come up here", Kaori's voice echoed from the 3rd floor. Making their way to her the group was met by a skeleton sitting on a throne. The skeleton wore formal clothing as if the person it used to be died there waiting for something. On its right ring finger was a blue and silver ring. "Weird, is that the proclaimed 'heretic' that built this labyrinth." Kaori voiced her guess. "Probably" Shizuku responded before walking forward and observing the blood red magic circle "And this must be whats gonna give us the magic." "Im gonna activate it first." Shizuku voiced to which everyone agreed. When she poured her mana into it the circle glowed red before a translucent man with glasses appeared, instantly making Shizuku wield her katana in case of an attack. "Greetings my name is Oscar Orcus.."

The scene played just as it did in the anime with Oscar telling his life story and the goal of the liberators. When it ended the magic circle was allowed to read through Shizuku's memories to make sure she completed the labyrinth. Akio made sure the girls always let their soul be scanned by the labyrinth just as he was doing for all monsters but the hydra, this was to make sure there would be no failure when it came to receiving the magic. When the process was over Shizuku had received knowledge on how to use creation magic. The other girls were quick to do the same one after the other.

With the purpose of their adventure over, the girls went into the dimension to clean themselves and relax while Akio went about his point gathering method. Teleporting to the entrance of the 100th floor Akio walked until the magic circle appeared. Denying all scans accessibility to his soul he waited for the hydra to emerge before completely annihilating it using simple fire magic. When the hydra was killed, Akio took out the soul canister, he pressed a button before a spiritual suction force began pulling in the hydras soul. When it stopped a bright sphere could be seen in the canister.

'Luna how much will this sell for in the shop.'

{A Hydra soul canister can be bought for 20,000 points, and sold for 10,000, would you like to sell the canister?}

'Yes'

Akio smirked at the ease at which he had just made points. 'Luna buy 200 soul canisters'

Akio spent the rest of the day killing hydras and filling up soul canisters. When he ran out canisters he sold all of his items.

Akio grinned even harder, in a single day he had gained twice the amount of points he was given when he first got Luna.

Satisfied with his earnings, Akio teleported back to the room where Yue was trapped before, he looked around at the corners of the walls. Soon he found what he was looking for, a transparent diamond shaped ore. This was a message that Yue's uncle had left her with when he sealed her. Akio planned to show this to Yue. He did not want her living her life thinking she was betrayed and abandoned, and instead wanted to show her, her uncles true motive. Storing it in his inventory, Akio was about to teleport to his dimension when suddenly he heard footsteps.

(Hajime POV)

I had been stuck down in this Labyrinth for who knows how long. One of my classmates betrayed me and shot a fireball at me. I don't care about any of that though, all I want is to go home. If that means eating monster meat and going through life or death battles every second I'm down here than so be it.

Suddenly I heard footsteps approaching me. Instinctively I shot toward the source of movement only for my bullet to hit nothing. Gritting my teeth I prepared to fight whatever new monster was in front of me.

All of that was lost when I actually saw who was my presumed enemy.

"Izumi? Why the hell are you do here" I yelled out unintentionally forgetting the fact that it may be a illusion.

"Oh Nagumo how the hell are you down here" Akio shot back with his own question acting like he didn't already know.

(3rd person POV)

"I was betrayed by our classmates I think they got scared that the behemoth would escape along with me so they shot at me too." (A/N: More bullshit but without the source of Daisuke's rage being directed at Hajime there was really no reason for him to be betrayed so I simply made it a 'betrayal' out of desperation.)

Akio continued acting like a clueless idiot, not lying to Hajime and instead telling him that he already had magic before their transmigration and he saw no need for staying in the palace to receive training that was beneath him. He also mentioned how Kaori, Shizuku and Komi were his girlfriends. At this revelation Hajime was awestruck and internally cursed the playboy in front of him, for living every man's dream. Akio again acted oblivious but then narrowed his eyes at Hajime.

"Ill offer you a deal" Akio spoke with a serious tone that made Hajime snap to attention. "Im listening"

"Ill offer you a power boost easily enough to bull doze through this labyrinth, and a free ride home. However you must be my personal transmutation master. I've seen the guns you've made and I believe your talents will take you far." Akio spoke all of this in one breath.

"Done, I 100% agree." Hajime easily accepted. He would take any chance if it meant going home.

"Great" Saying those words Akio pointed a finger at Hajime and used the skill 'power sharing' to boost Hajimes stats ten fold. Before Hajime could even speak Akio was faster. "Ill see you when you complete the labyrinth". Saying those words he quickly disappeared leaving a awestruck Hajime.

Appearing in the dimension, Akio took Yue into a private room before showing her the recording left by her uncle. Immediately she broke down crying in his arms. Akio patted her gently and tried to help her calm down. Soon she fell asleep in his arms to which he brought her to her room to sleep. Akio then went to his own bedroom, where his lovers were laying down talking. That night the room was yet again filled with loud moans.
