The next day Rosé was sitting at lightning burgers with Sarada and the group , they were watching Boruto being all sloppy on the television and laughing and enjoying them self .

Later During a Five Kage video conference, Shikamaru explains they've discovered destroyed Space-Time Gates in several locations, which they believe would be access points to Kara's headquarters in another dimension. Naruto also raises his concern of no longer being able to investigate the dimension is search of Kara's Ten-Tails, but believes it won't pose a threat soon, as the enemy no longer has a suitable sacrifice to cultivate a God Tree. They discuss Code's goals and motives, and agree to put the highest priority on finding him. 

Rosé received a report about Boruto's Kama from

Katasuke ,Boruto only had about half a year or less before his body is completely taken over by Momoshiki .

Rosé was sitting with Boruto and watching the sun set , Naruto joined them and told Boruto about his body and how he didn't have much time , Boruto had tears coming out of his eyes but tried to act tough and laugh it off , Rosé put his hand on his shoulder and said " Don't worry we will figure something out ".

Amado then approached them , Boruto had fallen asleep and Naruto went on to have a conversation with Amado , he gave him a meditation that could delay the progression of the Kama and also shared details about his daughter who passed away 12 years ago.

The next day in the morning Rosé was summoned to Naruto's office where , Kakashi , Tsunade , sakura, sasuke ,shikamaru ,Shizune ,Sai ,Ino and Kiba had Gathered , As Rosé entered the off he was caught by Tsunade and she hugged him , Rosé then asked Naruto what happened and he explained that all of them have gathered here to Recommend your promotion to the Jonin rank , Rosé then looked and asked " Are you'll sure about it " , They all nodded ,Rosé then said " Thank you ", Rosé was then officially promoted to the Jonin rank with the approval of all the higher ups of the village.

They then had a celebration at night , it was a loud and long night and everyone was enjoying themselves ,Naruto and his group were all drunk .

Sai was responsible for the written portion of the Chūnin Exam. Naruto was giving an interview, explaining that recent incidents have highlighted their need for qualified shinobi, other villages were also holding new examinations .

The genin teams use their skills to share answers. Sai disqualifies a genin he catches cheating with a puppet,The written exam results are then published, and the advancing teams celebrate.

Naruto, Sai, Rosé and Shikamaru congratulate them, and explain they want to promote shinobi with varied skills. The exam is also a way to reassure the village following Isshiki's attack.

Rosé, Kawaki and Himawari were then looking at Boruto who was Bragging about earning more money when he turns a chunin and will treat them to better things then , Rosé then said" Stupid "and then laughed , Rosé then picked Himawari up and put her on his shoulder 

He then carried her around the house while she eat the snacks Boruto bought and told Rosé about her day , Kawaki followed them .

The second exam is to be held in the Forest of Death, where battle conditions will be simulated. Individually, the genin must rescue injured subordinates. Upon learning there are only 10 subordinates for 26 genin, one team rushes in before all instructions are given, and are disqualified upon being captured by forest wildlife. There will also be chūnin in the forest acting as enemy shinobi. Sarada asks about returning with the subordinate within the time limit to advance to the third round, but the genin are surprised to be told there won't be a third round.

The exam begins. Naruto, Rosé,Sai, and Shikamaru observe their performance through cameras. Tsubaki rescues a subordinate. Namida finds Mirai by a campfire, thinking her to be a subordinate, but she's actually in the role of an enemy shinobi, and knocks Namida unconscious. Team 40 gets trapped in a sand pit. Iwabee and Wasabi argue over who found a subordinate. Mitsuki fends off a chūnin while carrying his hostage. Team 25 collaborate. Boruto escapes from insects. Denki finds a subordinate, someone much bigger than himself, but remains committed to carrying him off the forest.

The proctors praise Denki's knowledge and strategies, thinking he has high potential to become a chūnin. Boruto finds a subordinate with the help of a snake. Denki makes it off the forest. Sarada sees through Mirai's Mitsuki disguise and engages in combat. Wasabi and Iwabee succeed in taking their subordinates out of the forest. Kaito lays a trap for Boruto, having placed a transmitter on him before the exam began, and takes his subordinate.

However, he gets scared by a bear, and falls off to the side. Boruto's subordinate frees herself and Boruto from Kaito's web, which she assures him is an understandable special circumstance. She warns him he still has time, but Boruto chooses to check on Kaito and bandages his injury. He carries Kaito with a shadow clone, and almost makes it out of the forest with his subordinate before the time limit expires.

Tsubaki, Hōki, Inojin, Chōchō, Denki, Wasabi, Iwabee, Sarada, and Mitsuki pass. Boruto also passes, and the proctors explain they were judged on overall performance, so his commitment to not abandoning an injured team-mate counted for his result, as it's not always possible to complete a mission. They're all surprised by the announcement of the final exam, consisting on one-on-one fight, so only half of them will become chūnin.

The genin are disheartened at considering they might have to fight their own team-mates. Hōki Taketori asks if they'll be told who their opponent is that day. The proctors explain they'll be judged on their ability to improvise and adapt to the situation, so their opponent will only be announced the day of the match. They're free to spend the next day training or resting. Denki and Iwabee comfort Metal Lee over not advancing to the final round. Team 7 discuss their motivations for becoming chūnin, and promise not to hold back if they have to fight each other

The next day Rosé is observing the match with Naruto and Kawaki ,the first match is between Inojin vs Houki ,Sarada has joined Rosé and was complaining about Boruto and Mitsuki ,Houki had created a maze with earth style and had trapped Inojin inside , they then went on to have an intense battle, Houki won the match .

The next match was , Iwabee va Wasabi ,they had a verbal fight instead of fighting,Iwabee then went on to build a huge cat statue just to prove a point ,Iwabee fainted because of exhaustion and Wasabi won the match .

The next match was between Sarada and chocho,sarada attacks with Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, which Chōchō rolls through, pursuing her around. Naruto, Sai, and Shikamaru comment on how the match has improved. Sasuke watches it from the stands. Sarada prepares a Chidori and Chōchō enters Butterfly Mode. The two clash, and Chōchō goes down first when the smoke clears, so Sarada is declared the winner. Chōchō's team-mates go check on her and Rosé gose to check on Sarada , Boruto and Mitsuki got disqualified for not appearing .

The next match was between Denki vs Tusbaki , Denki was wearing an armour that he had created ,Denki had won the match .

At night Rosé was lecturing Boruto for missing out on his exam ,They then went on to have dinner and discussed the fight that took place .

it was morning and Hinata had given Boruto and Himawari the job of walking Kawaki as he had a meeting in the Hokage's office .

Boruto lost the Rock paper scissors and had gone to waks Kawaki up , after that they had breakfast and Kawaki followed Rosé to the office.

Kawaki was then told that he would have to do D rank missions in order to get promoted to genin ,Kawaki then said that this shinobi thing sound like a big drag , Rosé then looked an shikamaru and Naruto and Rosé started laughing because Kawaki was copying Shikamaru's lines .

Kawaki was then sent on missions with other teams but he kept messing up, They all had complaints about him ,Rosé then sat with Kawaki and explained to him how the kind of missions they receive is important and your are to act accordingly , like today the mission you received was to catch a boy who had run away from home , in this situation you would not want to use you scientific tool , you could have used your scientific tool in yesterday's mission that was to capture a bear ,I know you don't like socialising but you need to communicate with your teammates and do your best in understanding what the mission is and if you do not understand ask your team because they would be happy to help .

The next day Kawaki had received his final exam that was a C rank escort mission , Kawaki had also received his daily allowance and had brought his favourite snacks for everyone,Rosé Ruffled Kawaki's Hair and said " Thank you for the snacks and Do your best tomorrow " , Kawaki nodded and went to his room , Kawaki had then left at night to train and he saw Rosé sitting in the forest with a cigarette in his mouth and looking at the moon , Kawaki then went and sat next to him and asked what he was doing , Rosé replied just relaxing,Rosé then offered him a cigarette , They then sat and spoke till morning before he had to leave for his mission.

Kawaki had completed the mission but was taken to the hospital along with chocho , Rosé then visited Kawaki in the hospital, Kawaki was sad because the person that they we're supposed to escort had died during the mission and he couldn't protect him ,Later that evening Kawaki was promoted to genin .

Kawaki is officially placed into Team 7. Their first mission together is to escort Katasuke to Kirigakure for the unveiling of their new power system,Rosé was told to follow them in case of an emergency,They're also ordered to covertly investigate a potential terrorist threat during the ceremony. On the train to get to their ship, Kawaki is mesmerised by the ocean, seeing it for the first time. He feels less so on the boat, getting seasick. Kawaki goes to rest inside. The rest of Team 7 reminisces about their previous visit to Kirigakure.

While Rosé was following Team 7 from the shadows , Rosé had his clone looking for a dimension that he could build his Base in ,Meanwhile , Kagura shows Boruto around, including the highest security cells. Araumi Funato, head of a pirate clan, is suspended off the ground. His clan has plundered the opens seas of the Land of Water for years, and abducted many people. The clan supposedly scattered after Araumi's capture five years prior. Araumi is kept on an glass dome with intense heat, and Kagura warns Boruto that giving him any moisture would be dangerous. Chōjūrō begins organising the departure to the Shinonome 1 by airship, But something happened at it exploded crashing into the crowd who were watching the take off, Kawaki shield his group .

Rosé then appears the group and sees that Katasuke was injured , Rosé then heals his wound and says , go and help the others I'll take care of him , Boruto reunites with Team 7 and Rosé and informs them the airship crash was a diversion. Chōjūrō receives a report explaining the same. He also learns that a governor's body was found drowned, who had been in contact with the Funato, and speculate that he spread rumours of the terrorist attack. The situation is further destabilised by the destruction of a base in the eastern sea by unidentified weapons. While Misuno and Kagura update each other, Rosé is concerned about Team 5, whose mission is one an island of the eastern sea.

Rosé procures a still functioning boat,Kagura arrives, having recruited Buntan, Kyohō, and Hebiichigo for the mission,When they see Rosé the feel fear and put thier head down not wanting to look at him , They were also allowed to use their swords again ,They depart to Dotō Island, Kawaki complaining about being on a boat again.

Kagura explains how the Funato's influence grew when Araumi took over leadership of the clan, and targeted trade routes between the Land of Water and other nations, depriving them of wealth. Five years prior, Araumi was captured in an operation which Chōjūrō himself took part in, so without its leader, the Funato's influence receded.

Dotō Island comes into view. The Funato clansmen on the island control the people. Boruto wants to find Team 5, but Rosé tells Sarada and Mitsuki to go ahead and scout,with the Sharingan and snakes,Rosé also reminds them that Konoha researchers are also on the island, so they'll need another boat.

They arrange to meet before the full moon. Sarada and Mitsuki infiltrate the island, and witness hostages carrying sacks from the mine. Mitsuki spies on them through his snakes, and learns they report to Tenma and are transporting gold from the mines.

Rosé sitting on top of the boat with a cigarette and was keeping an eye on them with his Senrigan, Sarada and Mitsuki had managed to find Team 5 that had taken cover in a cave and had laid traps there , Boruto and the 3 swords man were fighting with each other , Rosé then said " shut up ", and silence had covered the ship 

A large structure approaches them and they see the Funato crest on it. Kagura thinks it's a fortress, and deduces it was built using technology stolen from Kirigakure, as the Funato have never had this kind of firepower.Rosé tells Boruto, Kawaki, and Buntan to investigate , while we wait for Sarada and mitsuki .

Team 5 shows Mitsuki and Sarada how the Funato have organised at Dotō Island, and where they're holding the islanders hostage. They decide that Team 5 will steal a Funato transport ship that can carry all the islanders, as Denki is the most likely to figure out how to pilot it, while Sarada and Mitsuki will try to smuggle the hostages out without being noticed.

Rosé keeps an eye on everyone and everything while sitting on the boat and would only interfere if things get out of had or if some is in danger they can't come out off , Rosé was sitting on the roof and smoking and talking to Kagura.

Sarada and Mitsuki had managed to help all the refugees escape and board the ship but were spotted and had huge group of pirates chasing them ,Denki was having some trouble starting the ship , Sarada , Iwabee , Mitsuki and lee were stopping the pirates from getting on the ship ,Denki finally started the ship and they successfully rescued everyone and left , they then contacted Rosé on his boat through the radio.

Boruto , Kawaki and Buntan had successfully infiltrated the Fortress, and had managed to sneak into the control room and then contacted Rosé, they then told them that the fortress was heading towards the rendezvous point.

while they were talking a Funato boat sees them and is headed straight towards , Rosé seeing this creates a small ball of [Hakai ] on his fingers on flicks it towards the boat destroying it and everyone on it , Kagura and the two swords men were scared but didn't say anything .
